They sound decent and are not as noisy when touched as some more poorly made ones I've used. It's always nice to have an extra pair of headphones around and these are them. They even come with a little keeper that you can use to wrap the cord around so they don't end up in a jumbled knot.

Got this as an emergency pair for my laptop when traveling and i run out of battery on my wireless pair. Sound and build quality is good for the price. Micriphone functions well for skype calls too. Sony earphones usually sound better than others in its price range.
