They are comfortable to wear, the sound quality is good, and the price was very reasonable. They do tend to loosen and sometimes fall out if I'm being active. They are great for airports and flying or just hanging around the house listening to music or a book without bothering others around me.

Got these on sale knowing Sony earbuds are of good quality. These are great - they have a good soundstage and enough bass that isn't overdone. They have 4 different eartips for different size ears - very small ones for those with small ears too. They work great at noise cancellation/suppression. It comes with the plastic thing to wrap the earbuds around, a nice touch that makes it easier to store. The only thing that isn't great is the thickness of the cable: it's very thin and will break easily if not taken care of - definitely can't just throw into a bag. The 3.5mm headphone jack means you can use it for computer audio, smartphone audio (newer ones require an adapter) or for airplane media. Good purchase if you want some solid earbuds that aren't overpriced.

This is my first ever sony earphones, and I promise you, it did not disappoint. I was hesitant to buy it at first cause I don’t know if it’s gonna be good or not, but I’m really glad I took the risk. Color is beautiful, love the non tangle item that they have. Clean bass, love the sound quality. It also fits my ear perfectly, well i mean it’s the usual in-ear headphones but the suction on these earphones are perfect for me, not too annoying and not too eeky feeling. Sad though, I lost them. I left it in my office and was gone the next day. I was really sad, the first time I ever lost an earphone. :( Planning to buy another one but leaning towards a bluetooth one. Anyways, take the risk, you’ll love it.

Sound better than Airpod, used for handheld gaming

These headphones sound amazing for the value price they are at. Starting at $30, though I have seen them go for $15 often. I prefer the sound of these headphones to my Airpods Pro, and they fit better in my ears than my Airpods Pro. The fact that they are wired also means no bluetooth lag or disconnection, and they don't have to be charged to use them.
They are obviously wired and have no internal software to make them as advanced as wireless earbuds, but they don't really need that. The seal of the ear tips makes a pseudo-noise cancelling experience that feels pretty good for the price. Calls can be placed or taken with the button on the cable and feels just as nice as wireless earbuds in call quality. Would need a lightning or USB-C dongle for most phones and tablets for use, but I got this for most handheld gaming and they work great. Handheld gaming tested on 3DS, Switch, and Analogue Pocket to great success.
Would recommend these for anyone looking for affordable but well built wired earbuds.

Sony ex series always fit very well, they’re the series that are more balanced when it comes to music, if more bass is needed go with the XB series . These I use with my laptop. Great value and Sony quality.

Great bass and great sound for the price. I use to have the 100$ Sony earbuds till I accidentally stepped on em and broke em so I had to buy these and it’s been great so far. Sound like i got the $100 ones in my ear again. It’s definitely a sound difference from the prey ones I had but for the price of what it is, it’s amazing. Highly recommend

I think overall they are pretty good for the price. I wish they had volume control but I can’t find any at this price point that do now. I’m also not a big fan of the connector being a 90 degree bend, I’d rather have straight, but that’s just a personal preference. They seem to fit better than other ear buds I have had in the past so that has been nice.

I recently bought these Sony earphones and overall I’m quite satisfied.
The sound quality is clear and well-balanced, and the noise cancellation works nicely.
The only issue I’ve noticed is that the ear tips are a bit too soft, so they tend to slip out of my ears after some time. It would be great if Sony could provide firmer or more secure-fitting tips.
Other than that, I enjoy using them and they perform well.

These ear buds sound surprisingly good. I have never been a big fan of ear buds - mostly due to how uncomfortable they are in my ears. But these are very comfortable and fit very snug without feeling like they are always falling out. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants traditional wired ear buds that sound great but are not too expensive.

I had a pair of these they lasted me five years, I give my old ear pods to my niece and bought these for me.The sound quality is really good and I use them when I ride my motorcycle. One day I got a call While on a ride and to my amazement when I hit the answer button and started talking the person heard me clearly they couldn’t believe I was talking While riding my bike. I’ve owned beats and other brands but the same thing would happen one ear pod would stop working then both would stop working. I think the reason was because I was using them while working out and my sweat would some how get in there and mess them up. But the Sony pods keep doing there job no problem. If you buy these you won’t go wrong.

Affordable and very decent frequency response for those still interested in wired ear buds. I still think wired are more dependable and better sounding than wireless in many cases. Range of treble and bass imperative for overall good sound stage experience. Pick 'em up before they are gone!

Excellent earbuds at a great price. Sound quality is good, High tones are crisp (but not piercing) and base is nice and heavy.
Have had for years but buying a new pair soon because I accidently tore a small piece of silicon off while cleaning (user error)

I would overall really recommend this product for anyone looking for a new pair of earphones. I've had this for a year or two by now and they still work nearly the exact same as when I first bought them. The sound quality is still amazing and it doesn't cut out like some of my old headphones used to. I really like how they stay tight inside my ear and still feel comfortable.
