You don't have to have the volume up too high to "feel" the music. However, I absolutely love listening to my books. I can finish a book in one day while doing housework and performing other activities that can't be done while reading. The only complaint is the size can be a little cumbersome and feel heavy.

Great TV and install, worst phone customer service

Worst phone customer service in years. Wanted to up-sell me from $99 to over $300 to pull an existing TV off the wall, pull 4 screws and switch to newer TV. Put me on hold several times, never would give me to a supervisor. Price just kept going up. Will now only buy from other vendors. You lose BestBuy
