  • Arrived With a Cracked Lens - Certified By Who??

    Quite disappointed when I took the cam out of the waterproof protective case it was shipped in and immediately noticed it had a cracked lens. So much for "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished". Crack was sizable and should have been noticed if anyone at the Geek Squad did even a cursory once over examination of the product. The packaging was quite good, so it was not damaged in shipment. I had bought a bunch of accessories from other vendors, in anticipation of receiving the camera. Hopefully I can return them. The defective AS300 is going back tomorrow.
