    I bought the Certified Refurbished AS300 model that does not include the remote. Quite disappointed when I took the cam out of the waterproof protective case it was shipped in and immediately noticed it had a cracked lens. So much for "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished". Crack was sizable and should have been noticed if anyone at the Geek Squad did even a cursory once over examination of the product. The packaging was quite good, so it was not damaged in shipment.

    This review is for Best Buy's service rather than the item. The live view remote screen is scratched and the charger cradle for the remote is missing from the box. I was away and didn't open the box until I got back and support says I'm out of the return period so now I have to buy a charger. Geeksquad ineptitude.
