The buttons stopped working and the joysticks started drifting. I know you can fix drifting by cleaning the inside of the controller but that didn’t work. I did that twice and still had the same problem. Next time I hope I get better service.

Just received today opened box most definitely some dirt/skin residue from previous owner I open they cleaned or even actaully refurbished controller. Was found in the cracks where the remote comes apart..

I bought this as a Christmas gift so it hasn't been used yet but I'm so glad that we can buy refurbished at a lower price and feel confident that it works.

I received this controller with a Broken/jammed X button. It didn’t click at all and after trying to push it, it got stuck and it didn’t pop back out for a few seconds then slowly emerged. I had to fix it myself and it works much better but still doesn’t make a clicking noise and occasionally gets jammed when I haven’t messed with it for a long time. Pretty disappointed

Within 3 months the left Joy stick drifts. Be careful of Geek Squad Certified Refurbished

This worked for a few days but buttons kept sticking. Returned it

It's a great controller. My controller that came with my ps4 stopped working so this one is great

Didnt even get a good use out of it turned it on tried to play my game and already had issues.Tried to go to bestbuy support and got told that all I could do was visit my local best buy and have the geek squad take a look but I cant even do that due to covid-19.

I bought it to play games in my home PC. It feels impressively sturdy and accurate.

Thought I Would Give A Refurbish Controller A Shot From Best Buy Bad Idea Should Have Spent The Extra For A New One. The Controller Likes To Take Control And Move Up By It’s Self!!! That’s A Second Refurbished Controller I Got That Was Bad.

I was hesitant about buying a refurbished controller, and I’m not super happy that I did, especially seeing as how it was only a $3 difference. The left joystick is messed up and makes it impossible to use. Waste of $65 if you ask me.

Two controllers in the way to go and this was a great price for a refurbished one.
