Best buy's customer support's solution was to "just send it back". WTF, Why can't the Geek squad get it right the first time? They claim to painstakingly certify the machines, but overlook key specs. Not very happy. So now Best buy wants me to purchase another one, and send the first one back. then i have to wait for them to issue a refund? I asked if they could just swap it out at the store, Nope, none in the store. they have plenty of new ones, but they cant give me one of those because its not a refurbished one. I am done with you best buy, thanks for nothing.

I used this machine to replace my desktop, laptop and android tablet. I can honestly say it's done everything quite well. Performance is excellent for the price. This is a nice "starter" unit for someone who wants to dip his/her toe in the "fully-functional" Windows tablet. Other than playing some of the higher end games or heavy-duty video editing, this unit easily replaces everything but my phone. I might eventually look at a Surface, simply for the added memory and horsepower, but for the moment, I'm quite pleased with this.

This laptop is perfect for anyone who likes to play video games on their computer. Everything functions very well, as long as you remember to update everything after purchasing the laptop. It has an excellent battery life, great resolution, processing speed, and graphics card. It can also use Microsoft Office and Dragon, though I haven't used those functions yet so I can't give a guarantee on how well they'll work for you. The only downside I can currently think of is that the laptop's size can make it difficult to transport if you don't have a laptop bag. Of course, I doubt someone would purchase this laptop if they wanted the screen to be small, so that's hardly something to complain about. All in all, this laptop is a 10/10 in my book. It's everything I was hoping it would be and more.

look, a lot of people say don't buy this lap. cus come with an issue but actually it's great, the problem in all new touchscreen laptops is that with the new update in windows 8.1 you have to calibrate your screen that's all, then this machine flies by it self, a lot of people say that Sony products comes with a lot of problems but most products that I bought since 1995 from sony still working for me and that's a fact, can't lie about this I love this 2in1

Every thing is good except for the touch pad which is a bit difficult to do a left click with the tap of a finger. Otherwise I think this is the best 2 in 1 in the current market.

I got this because I wanted a touchscreen computer and tablet but I didn't want the keyboard exposures and it is wonderful the only complain I have is sometimes the touchpad doesn't work but I use a wireless mouse so no big deal

This laptop has superior speeds and a higher resolution display than any MacBook, and a much lower price. In addition to this, it is equipped with a very responsive 10 point touch screen, and due to its 2gb of video memory effectively works like a computer with 10gb ram. Great speed, 5sec power on, amazing multitasking, ridiculously hd graphics.

After reviewing the possibilities i decided i couldn't get any close to anything this nice for the price. also i couldn't find anything like it with a screen this large. i ended up returning the Item because of a screen blemish and the home button on the screen not working. Both of these are common problems with this computer. In the end i was glad i bought this from Best Buy because of their great costumer service. I ended up buying a thinkpad s1 yoga. If Best Buy carried the yoga it would have been an instant sell

Good all around. The only problem I have is Windows 8, I wouldn't mind if it had Windows 7 Pro instead. The computer came with the specs specified.

Is a great product overall. I would have given a 5 if not for the noisy fan. It almost feels like u brought a cheap gateway or acer computer when it starts to hum.

This is the perfect computer for everyday life, if you are like me, a simple user, that doesn't need a big configuration, this is perfect. You can easily watch your movies, play your games, and do whatever you want.

Sometime the touch screen have some problem but I love this laptop for the quality and performance.

So far so good! My Sony Vaio Flip 15A arrived in like new condition with the correct manufacture specs as listed. No fan or touch pad/screen issues. The only thing I noticed is in one or two corners of the screen while on a black background the LED/Back- lighting shines through too much.
