It is a very good phone for the price, the screen size, resolution and speed are pretty good. The camera sucks even though it is 23 MP but can't complain for the price of the sub $200 phone.

The phone had a small scrape on the back nothing major at all. Screen was flawless and phone works great. Besides the Wifi dropping when Bluetooth is on the phone is great. Just updated it to oreo and it runs even better now have noticed the Wi-Fi drop anymore.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this phone is. The UI is great, it's got a very beautiful screen, and the battery lasts for about 3 days if I sparsely use it. The speakers are decent for a phone but it doesn't play surround when watching videos. Overall a good phone for the price. Sony also updates their phones for life so if you can keep this phone you'll be set.

Honestly.... Its a great cellphone. The size of the phone itself is perfect. The balance of the overall weight of the phone is easy to work with. The phone is a year and change old so I'm sure people will complain about the upper and lower bezel but for the price point who cares. The only gripes I would say regarding this phone is that there's really no excuse for Sony not implementing a fingerprint sensor considering a version of this phone actually has it built-in but for some reason they won't activate it. So annoying. The other main frustrating thing regarding the phone is that if you're purchasing it at Best Buy you will be looking high and low for any screen protector or cell phone case. I honestly got lucky. so all in all it really is one of the best buys I've made at Best Buy! (*sorry for that...I had to tho)

My mobile phone has been bought for less than half a year. The screen is not good. The Bluetooth is also not good. The mobile phone response is also very slow. Especially the short message is very slow.

It is an elegant phone with a big screen size. The quality of the photos is good, a screen is bright. Android apps work well. Needs USB 3 charger, charges quickly and has a good battery life. Love it.

Good phone only thing is the camera is not that great. I bought as a gift. they liked it but they dont like the camera.

Great battery life, speaker is decent, no scratches or imperfections. Really happy with this purchase.

I absolutely loved the phone...at first. Fits nicely in hand, lean and light, gorgeous interface, very user friendly and easy to set up; love the companion software for PC (backed up my set up). BUT it wouldn't read my SIM card...or any SIM cards (they were unlocked cards, worked on other phones, just not this one) I just kept getting "No SIM mounted" error message, tried all the tips and tricks, restarted, factory reset, everything. The phone model is compatible with my service provider (coming from the provider; and its configured for the right network) There were scrape and wear marks around the SIM/SD card slots so maybe it was damaged and never repaired or caught; but I'll be heading to my nearest Best Buy to either get a replacement, get it fixed, or get a refund. Very disappointing. I'll edit this review if my issue gets fixed.

Excellent Phone. The phone can withhold a lot of damage. They just don't make them like this anymore.
