These are good wireless headphones and have great sound to them. I have many different headphones and these are comfortable and the sound is awesome .

this is an awesome looking and sounding headset. Wireless, sleek looking, and no mic dangling off of it. It works great, even for the hardcore gamer.

Excellent headset. Clear sound, configurable and comfortable. Does not block 100% of the external sound but allows a great experience on surrounding audio.

Sony wireless headset is the way to go. We have tried the Turtle Beach and Skull Candy headsets for the PS3 and have been dissatisfied with both. They broke easily, didn't sound right, or work improperly. I bought the Sony wireless headset last year for Christmas and have been fully satisfied for the past year. So, I had to get another to be used for the new PS4 (Christmas gift this year), never a better time than Black Friday special pricing!

The headset gives a nice clear audio with a good amount of bass and being able to adjust on screen with the PlayStation companion app allows you to finely tune the audio to your liking. Whether you're playing racing games, action games or listening to music, the headset gives you the option to optimize the listening experience and it also allows you to adjust what can be heard over the game or the voice chat. A little bit expensive compared to some Turtle Beaches that offer nearly the same options but they don't compare to the customization of this headset.

Wasn't blown out of my seat by the amazing sound quality or anything, but they still sound great! They are more than adequate for gaming and even getting a slight competitive edge because you are more immersed in the game than someone using stereo tv speakers. The included microphone and mute button are very convenient. Way better than any of the wired headphones I was using before. Pair this with the balance buttons for chat and game...... Superb. I would highly recommend these for casual gaming. I do not have experience with any other sets like turtle beach so I can't offered comparisons, but that said I bought these and haven't felt the need to try anything else yet.

These headphones are great. The battery last for about 8hrs. The sound quality is great. These are very light, and you hardly notice them on your head. The Sound/Chat button is one of the best features of the headphones. It allows you to change the ratio of Game Sound vs Chat Volume. The surround sound is great as well. I also like the way that the headphones fold up for easy travel.

Bought this for my son who still plays ps3 and ps4. He said they were easy to set up on both systems. Good sound. Comfortable fit.

Sound is good, not great. It's what you would expect in this price range. Very comfortable, probably the most comfortable headset I've ever tried.

This headset is a no brainer to buy. The ease of use and sound quality are great fit the price. This can also be used with your phone or Xbox one.

I have zero complaints out of this headset. Crystal clear sound/chat quality. The bass is fine, you can't expect too much from a wireless headset.

Good Bluetooth head phones, battery life is good and simulated surround sound. Good for gaming or watching movies next to a sleeping girlfriend.

Go get these! Undoubtedly the best headphones for your money. You get wireless connectivity, 7.1 surround sound, mic, programmable sound profiles, superb comfort and multi-platform compatability. I use these headphone with my PS4, my XBOX One, my android phone and my stereo system. To top it all off, they were $20 cheaper at Best Buy than anywhere else.

The headphones are easy to setup and use. I was unsure about the gold headphones so I tried. A few at the store including the turtlebeach headphones and honestly didn't like the turtlebeach. The gold headphones have a great sound I've tried them with bf4 and it's amazing you can notice the surround sound. Great headphones for $99.

I was able to get a pair of these from a price match of $38! So glad I got them, they are comfortable, easy to use/store, and they sound great!

I am a casual gamer who mostly gets my game time late at night. I have a toddler and like that I can continue playing and not have to play at a low volume or muted television. I don't play enough to have the need to invest a few hundred dollars into a different head set with probably better sound quality. I really just don't need that. I had the similar head set for the PS3, the Pulse I think its called, and got these based off of those. I was a little bummed because those were not compatible with the PS4. Though I haven't really used the feature on these yet, the ability to use the audio cable on my Vita does seem really convenient, but I usually just use regular, smaller headphones. As I mentioned before, I am just a casual gamer and can't say for sure if the sound quality is actually 7.1 virtual surround sound, I can say the sound quality is great and worth the price. But if you feel the need to spend a couple hundred on a probably better sounding headset with a lot of features because you game all the time, feel free to do it.

Solid product produces excellent sound, gives you the ability to decrease / increase game vs chat which is a very nice feature. battery life fairly long.only wish it let external sound in

This headset is by far the best for the price... It's not the loudest by any means. It doesn't produce the heaviest bass but its 7.1 gives you the best immersive experience for $100. The app on the PlayStation also provides various sound settings and even special ones made by the developers for some specific games to get you even more clarity. A must have with games like bloodborne, any FPS, and the last of us. Just get it it's amazing!

Big upgrade for me from the little bluetooth i used on PS3. Very comfortable for extended game play and sound quality is great on both ends.
