I have been a loyal SONY fan of consumer & pro electronics and this unit does not fail to deliver on the SONY name/reputation and quality. Excellent design that SONY is famous for and excellent craftsmanship. This unit is a little expensive but it is in the "Pro" audio category so all things considered...not that expensive considering the other things that are out there. A bonus feature that I really like is being able to select the music I want to hear from my smart phone. That is a nice additional feature.

This is a very quality made product from Sony ,small size amplifier great for smaller rooms and sound amazing with my new b&w speakers !

I love the way this Hi-Res player sounds. Now I just need to find more H-Res content.

I know this is 2 years old but since I am replacing it I want to tell you about my experience. This unit has never really worked consistently. The display constantly freezes. I am forever losing connectivity with the device. I have performed many factory resets, I have tried wired and wireless - the same thing. I've contact Sony support and they can't help, and it's out of warranty. Now I have a very expensive paperweight. I can switch the unit on and it can freeze before I have even done anything. Will replace with something non-Sony.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT FOR A LONG TIME A HI-RES AUDIO SYSTEM AND SONY CAME THOUGH BIG TIME GREAT SYSTEM IF YOU ARE A TRUE AUDIOPHILE

Price is to high, but nice unit easy to use and set up. Transfer of music was easy after you set you computer to not go into standby or screen saver. Building a playlist needs work, but I would 100% recommend this.
