Great sound quality. Great battery life. Perfect for outdoor or indoor events. Love the party mode with the lights and strobes.

Full of potential. Sound quality was not load but punchy. I added a couple of tweeters and it help produce full, rich and LOUD sound. The battery is a joke. It's a 21.6v 2500 mAh battery pack. I created a 24v 9000 mAh battery for it and now not only does it last all day and all night long, but it also unlocked the full power of the speaker as it was tricks the system into thinking it's plugged in when it's not. That, along with the additional tweeters makes it an even 400 watt unit. Absolutely love this speaker now!

This sony bluetooth speaker sounds really good. Perfect sound and loud. I also like the app that you download for better sound. Cant forget about the lights. Awesome.

Bought this speaker at the last minute for a Christmas party. It was an impulse buy but worth it. First I got the one without the built in battery but quickly returned for the battery powered one. No difference in sound. I love the lights and the sound is great. Nice bass if you’re into the low ends. To add, I bought a chrome cast audio device so now we connect to it via casting instead of Bluetooth so no need to hear phone alerts etc while music is playing.

Very happy with this purchase. Speaker had great battery, and long life. We purchased a couple smaller speakers to create a Party Chain, but they were not capable.... it actually worked out better because this speaker is more than enough to keep our pool deck rockin’. May purchase another to use for some PA events down the road.... but it absolutely serves the purpose for what it was intended.

I was throwing a retirement party for my dad and I figured i would invest in good speakers instead paying an expensive DJ. I ended up buying two of these speakers but trust me when i say 1 speaker will do the trick. This speaker is very powerful and will definitely keep the party going. The lights are a great effect that goes nicely with the music. I highly recommend this speaker.

Got mine as a open box for 300, so I definitely couldn't pass it up. It had to have been someone bringing it back like the next day cause it still has the plastic peels on it and not a single mark or anything showing it had been used. My kid loves the glowing lights and the speakers sound good. It worked real well for sound and lights on a trailer we rode around on for halloween

Sounds great even at high volume and no distortion. Pairs easily, can play while charging and has decent battery life. The only thing that bugs me is that I have to turn off the party lights every time I turn it on. I feel like there should be a setting or switch that keeps it off.

Plays really well from Bluetooth on phone. However was challenging to get sound for movies when doing either Bluetooth or hardwire from my computer. Had to run through a sound board in order to get the sound I wanted for movies. But overall, amazing for music coming from my phone. Love the portability and lights for the party!

This speaker has good sound, and the synchronous light show is awesome once the sun goes down. We use it mainly for sharing food, drinks, music and good times in the back yard. Only knock so far is that it doesn't seem to hold a charge very long, but it takes a long time to fully charge. Weird... Still a great speaker though!

I really do like this speaker, you do or it’s suggested to download app to better customize the speaker. The lights are awesome, the bass and sound are pretty good, not as good when not plugged in. But it does has a USB port on the back so you can charge a device and it has other inputs to play music and it has a mic port.

Purchased for my husband. He loves it. Used it upon arrival. It has great sound and is portable which is a plus. He has used it numerous times since and has had no complaints. I can hear his music inside the house when he had it playing outside. Sorry neighbors!! great speaker! Great sound quality.

The sony XB90 is a crazy party in a box. This speaker is huge, so keep that in mind if you’re looking at it. It’s dual woofers pound out some good sound, if a bit muddy by some pickier standards. But alas, if you’re picky about sound nothing about this speaker led you here. It sounds really good in outdoor PA situations where you can really turn it up. I wouldn’t try to use this as a casual speaker, as lower listening volumes can be muddy, and the speaker is quite directional. However for party music - this guy is the bomb. All that said, the main attraction here is the lighting. And what great lighting it is. This is truly a set apart feature of the speaker. It’s like having a mini-dj lighting show. My 2 year old thought it was ‘awesome’ and danced for hours with the ‘Rave’ lighting setting while blaring out the wheels on the bus. You can customize the color, and turn its ‘ADD’ ness up or down (from ‘Rave’ to ‘Solid Color’) with the application on your smartphone. You can adjust many other sound settings and details from the app as well. While there are some buttons and control on the speaker, the app gives you quite a bit of detail control. There is a mic jack, which again helps this in PA style situations. The volume buttons and adjustments are easy to work with. Bluetooth connection was reliable and range was great. The RCA jacks allow both input and pre-amp output, so you can daisy chain these guys together. All in all, they hit the details and connections superbly for a device like this. Probably what makes this the most versatile is the built in battery. It’s probably what adds the most heft, but it gives hours of decent volume playback. While I didn’t push the battery too far, it has hours of playback. This flexibility means that you can party pretty much anywhere. All in all this speaker is a great party device. I’d highly recommend to anyone hosting a party anywhere. Best part, no AC, no problem. You aren’t chained to an outlet, and you get great package for general party usage.
