Hi SAICHARANM,

We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing low bass and frustrating Wi-Fi drops with your HT-A5000 soundbar. To quickly improve the connection and sound, please press the BASS button on your remote to turn up the low-end, and try connecting the soundbar to your router's 5 GHz Wi-Fi band rather than the 2.4 GHz band to stop the AirPlay disconnects. If you need further help or advanced troubleshooting, please visit our Sony Support site at https://www.sony.com/electronics/support.

We are sorry to hear that you encountered some initial difficulty during the setup of your HT-A5000. We recommend ensuring that the soundbar is connected via the HDMI (eARC/ARC) port and that "Control for HDMI" is enabled in the settings to streamline the process, as this often resolves common connectivity hurdles during the first-time installation.
