I am using this flash with the Sony A7III. It is very easy to use and the recycle time is quick.

This item works just as described if not better. The only downside is the cost and the fact that in order to use it off camera you have to purchase the Sony trigger which is no cheap buy. There are other options out there but there is a reason why professionals pay extra for the Sony. This definitely a little luxury purchase.

It wonderful, much power light strobe, designed for professional, is not chip,but a have experiences work with it. That much better instead chip items, faster charge, strong strobe, intelligent direct on a camera

Well, it's Sony, so expect it's expensive. You can get similar 3rd party flash for 1/2-1/3 price. But it's from Sony, you don't need to worry about the compatibility and quality.

I purchased the F45RM when, after 11 years, my faithful F56AM finally died. The F45RM is a worthy replacement. The head is fully articulating and has a built-in diffuser and small bounce card that can be deployed alone or together. The F45RM comes with a mounting stand for easy use as a remote slave flash and can be triggered by radio (FA-WRC1M) or optical signal from a master on-camera flash. I use an F20M as an optical trigger. The control wheel and function and menu buttons are intuitive and familiar to anyone using an E-mount camera. The sliding lock lever on the F45RM is much nicer than the lock wheel on the F20M.

It is powerful enough for outdoor use to even out the lighting. The angle adjustment is solid and easy to adjust. I just wish the flash come with filter to soften up the flash.

I don't do a lot of flash photography, but this is a lot brighter than I was expecting. I end up using off angle flash for most photography now.

If you have poor lighting this flash is great! It does however capture the background color into the photos so you gotta be careful and know how to use the flash

Its worth the price. I got it for $299.99 in bundle. The Flash is great with Sony a7rii. You can see the difference in the shots taken with and without flash.

I have got couple of flash light in the past but since a bought this at bestbuy Oakdale my flash issues have been resolved. Nate the Supervisor here is great.The item wasn't in store but he actually turn water into wine but driving over to bestbuy roseville to pickup the item for me.Kudos Nate and keep up the good work. I mean there are some great customer service specialist in this location like Charlie, Smurf and a few others that I can't remember thier names.Kudos guy's keep up the great job.

I love this flash, it’s absolutely worth the money. Very satisfied with the ease of use and functionality.

I was hesitant to purchase this, but glad I did for my Sony a7sii. It is easy to use and setup, and is not as heavy as I anticipated.

Really like this flash with the a7iii. Especially with the latest camera patch to allow on camera menu control.

My favorite part about this flash is it’s flashlight and it’s high speed sync. I wish this flash could automatically connect to my Sony camera when it’s off camera.

Great looking flash and works very well with the A7R cameras. Don’t be cheap and use Sony products with Sony cameras.
