Disc drive works fine and easily accepts my ps5 games.

I have libraries of games so a drive was mandatory for me. Wish it was included but it took 2 minutes to install.

Great item. Turned my ps5 digital inta a slim. I can now play my disks.

This works great! It’s nice to be able to play my physical discs.

Very easy to install, and it comes with the longer feet to lay it on its side. Since I have a physical library I need it a way to play them. I didn’t mind the price, because it is the price of a physical game.

The PS5 Pro is probably the best pure home console I've ever owned, but it's also very difficult to recommend. It's a lovely piece of technology for a small sliver of the gaming Venn diagram, and probably not the one Sony thought, either.

Adding this disc drive shouldn’t have been necessary but what’s the point of having the higher end version of a console with limited functionality. This will help at those times the physical copy is marked down less than the digital version when not on sale. Hopefully since my physical library of games will be small the less frequent use will allow the drive to survive indefinitely.

It worked perfect and was pretty easy to install. Just remember to do things slowly

Nice to have this attachment but price is more than what I'd like to pay. But I have a lot of physical discs and movies so ended up shelling out for it. Aside from that, it works fine with the Pro.

I think it is horrid that you have to buy a disk drive separately for an already overpriced system. But it is entirely necessary for a physical ps4/ps5 library. Thos works for the pro and diskless slim sustems. Rated 4 stars because it is a needless add on for 80 percent of systems offered.

We recently got a PS5 Pro and decided that we would like to actually own our games instead of paying for licenses. It took a while to track this down since it was hard to get when the Pro came out. But even since I've been just buying physical games. Bonus: Games get cheaper faster when they are physical.

It works well and installs very easily. I can't say I'm thrilled to have to pay an extra charge to put a disc drive on an already expensive PS5 Pro. Still, for what it is, I'm satisfied.

This is a must! Digital games are great but nothing like having a sweet copy of a game you love.
