I recently picked up a PlayStation 5 from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. From the smooth ordering process to the performance of the console itself, it’s been a great experience all around. First, the buying process at Best Buy was seamless. The staff was helpful, and the pickup was quick and easy. The packaging was secure, and everything inside was in perfect condition. As for the PS5, it’s an absolute powerhouse. The graphics are stunning, especially on a 4K TV with ray tracing enabled. Games like Spider-Man 2 and Demon’s Souls look incredible, and the ultra-fast SSD makes load times almost nonexistent. The DualSense controller is another highlight—it adds a new level of immersion with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. The only downside is the console’s size—it’s quite large—but that’s a minor issue compared to everything else it offers. Overall, I highly recommend the PS5. If you’re lucky enough to find one in stock, grab it! Best Buy made the whole experience easy, and I’m looking forward to years of amazing gaming. Rating: 5/5

You know I never reveled this info before but I've personally owned every Playstation consoles (PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, and now the PS5) with the exception of the 1st Playstation console before PS1. It's now part of my collection of gaming consoles that I've grew up and I love it. I'm becoming a full time gamer with one of the hottest consoles on the market. I can say that I'm ready for the Playstation 6 when it comes available in the near future but I still will have my PS5, which I play almost daily. Piece of advice, buy this console nearly everybody got one and in my case my brother and I each have one.

The PS5 is an amazing console! The graphics are stunning, games load almost instantly, and the DualSense controller adds a new level of immersion. The interface is smooth, and exclusive titles are top-notch. It’s big, but worth the space. A great upgrade for any gamer. Highly recommend!

Great purchase!!! I was looking for a hobby to keep me from indulging in unhealthy activities when off of work and this was a perfect choice. Not only does it keep me entertained but it also brings the family closer together providing something to bond over. The picture quality is amazing and somewhat futuristic if you ask me and pairs nice with the haptic feedback from the controller providing the ultimate gaming experience. I would like to thank the Best Buy staff in Pleasant Hills who assisted with the smooth transaction process!

Got what I expected. If you’re planning on never buying physical discs for your PlayStation 5 then the digital edition is for you. Plus, it looks much better than original or slim edition. Its quiet light weight and to my surprise produces less noise and heat too. I watched many YouTube videos where heating of digital editions was an issue. I just have better ventilation I guess. Very much happy with the purchase. Best buy is the best. The store guy was really helpful and made the purchase experience even smoother. I will suggest Best Buy to everyone planning to buy a PS5 atleast.

Nice upgrade from my PS4, no more storage issues and performs much better and faster. Able to play with friends and house all my games with no worries, 10/10. Got the digital slim version with a pink controller on top of what it came with. Controllers are super nice, too, overall would recommend.

The performance is outstanding — games load incredibly fast, run smoothly, and look amazing thanks to the upgraded hardware. The standout feature for me is definitely the DualSense controller. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers add a whole new level of immersion to gameplay.
