Great device that does the job. If you have a great internet connection, you won’t be disappointed. Sometimes you just want to sit in a different room and game in a more comfortable position. Sound is good, screen is great and controls are great (minus the onscreen touchpad)

Perfect for on the go and official Dad product. As a parent with 2 young kids this has become my go to device after winding down for the day.

Only caveat is you must have very fast wifi. I have one of the top of the line Nighthawks. Works great, zero issues. The controllers are great. Well made device for what it is made for. I enjoy playing on it.

This is for a small demographic but I feel I am the audience. There are times when I just want to lay in bed and play games or my son is using the TV for something else. I think it works well if you have a decent router, but if you don’t I would stay away because the experience will probably be awful.

Absolutely love this device! Chiaki, Backbone, etc have nothing on this. Game streaming, even in beta, makes this a must have on the go. The Dualsense handles make this eaay to hold.

Pairs well with my PS5. Works well even a few rooms above the internet modem. No problems with connectivity through the ps5 or streaming games.

It works great assuming your PS5 is connected with an ethernet cable & your WiFi is decent. I"ve been primarily playing turn based games so haven't had any problems with lag/input delay. This being a dedicated device makes it much more valuable to me than the Backbone One, which I have owned for a year and barely used.

despite the discourse online before its release the portal took the industry by storm. i was able to get .ine before the holidays and was very much looking forward to playing my playstation on the go. so far im more than pleased with being able to play some old and so.e new games in a different way.

The PS Portal quit working after about two months, but Best Buy took care of me and replaced it without an hassle!

The PlayStation Portal is great fun! It serves the purpose I bought it for, which is to be able to play a game while the tv is being used someone else AND to play in bed. I used to rarely turn on my playstation, but now I use it all the time. Really a great device. It would be perfect if it had Bluetooth to connect wireless ear buds.

The portal is great. I love that I can take it virtually anywhere and it will work. It is best to add to your PS5 hardwired to your internet for best results.

Bought this a while back for my bday I got it as a gift to myself and I love it reminds me of the psp from back in the day

The Portal has been working well on my home network. Currently have Spectrum wigh 500/20 and the steaming has worked well in most locations in my house. Have not yet tried a cellular connection. Have really been using it with single player games and when try to play online (such as MW3) can notice some lag. Happy overall, thoigh.

Great way to play…. Good sized display and great quality graphics. Just have to have your consol on to use it.

Absolutely love this thing as i travel for work alot. Small convenient and a blast to use to play jak and dexter!

I'm disappointed in this product. WHEN it works its got great picture quality and operation, no conplaints there. The worst part is that it only connects sometimes and I have researched endlessly how to fix it...there are no clear solutions from playstation or anywhere for that matter. I have done all the complicated fixes as well as the simple, I also pay for an extra portable wifi device and line and it still only works some of the time.
