The device works great. You will need to have a stable (not just fast) Internet connection to your ps5 or it will not work as intended. Test connection by using the remote play app on a phone, tablet or laptop first if you want to make sure before buying.

It was a gift for my husband. He likes it, you will have to buy an annual membership to be able to connect.

I have no issues with my home network works surprisingly well. If your planning on using this for only fps games then i do not recommend purchasing this its very difficult aiming compared to using a regular controller

You need an "excellent" internet connection all the time for it to work properly. It looks nice but pretty useless

There's too much latency, even when connected properly at home, and too many headaches when trying to get your network optimized for it.

I can use it to play remote if the tv is being used. It is like a lite Vita but plays PS5 games

This is a great accessory. I wouldnt recommend playing first person shooter games. I do have AT&T fiber optics, so no connection issues. Thats the big topic for this item. So make sure your internet is strong and you will enjoy.

Took a while to be able to get one but I understand why. Machine works great. Makes the PlayStation more portable within your home. I would say plus you PS5 into a LAN cable and then you would never notice it's streaming. 10/10

When it works, it is great, but the lag is often unbearable. I've tried numerous different settings with my Wi-Fi and hardwired connections on my PlayStation, but the amount of work I've had to do to get a good experience is ridiculous.

Very good condition for an open box like it was hardly used! I personally use it almost everyday. I enjoy how it portable so I can use it on the go. Sometimes it does have connectivity issues, but otherwise it works fine.

I love the Portal. It is not for everyone, but if you have good internet connection and the patience to tinker with a couple things, it works great.
