Make sure the noise canceling function is turned on. You can check the noise canceling settings with “INZONE Hub”.
If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not being worn properly in your ears, tap operations may not work correctly, or you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance.

Please check the following below if the noise canceling effects are not sufficient:
If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not being worn properly in your ears, tap operations may not work correctly, or you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance.
Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears.
“INZONE Hub” or the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app will help you to determine which earbud tips suit you best to achieve the optimal noise canceling effect.
Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.
The noise canceling function is effective for noise in low frequency ranges in locations such as offices, near air conditioners, on trains, and on planes and is not as effective for noise in higher frequencies, such as human voices.

We are thrilled to hear that the INZONE Buds are providing you with a phenomenal gaming experience, especially with the Spatial Audio and Noise Canceling features! We appreciate your feedback regarding the EQ customization and Bluetooth compatibility. Currently, the equalizer settings are adjusted using the INZONE Hub software on a Windows PC, which is then saved to the buds when connected via the USB transceiver; however, we acknowledge the desire for a separate app and will pass this suggestion to the development team. Regarding connectivity, the buds utilize the included 2.4 GHz low-latency dongle for flawless gaming on PC/PS5 and exclusively use Bluetooth LE Audio to maximize battery life, which means they are not compatible with older, traditional Bluetooth codecs.
