Use of both

Only downside I am having is not being able to wear only one at a time. I have to wear both. I jave tried reaching out to Sony for support and the advice given to me has not fixed the issue. If you don't mind having to wear both, I recommend them. I also sometimes struggle with them connecting automatically to my phone.

Good balanced sound

But the left earbud stopped working after 25 days. Bestbuy did not return because I did not buy their support extra. Though they gave Sony support contact. Sony is replacing it. The whole ordeal was for 15 days. Yet to test my replacement earbuds.

good but not great

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the anc and the passive audio were great. i even enjoyed the app and the feel of the headphones. everything was great except....the battery life. i bought these things the night before i had a flight in the morning. i fully charged them and did not use them until on the plane. they didnt even last 2 full hours. luckily they charge pretty quick in the case so i was able to charge them for about 15 minutes and get another hour use out of them. But come on. 2 hours?

Not worth the money

I wouldn’t ever recommend these for anyone. I use them everyday I’m at work which is 14 days monthly. They lasted about 3 hrs when I first bought them, now they last 1.5 hrs, a year later. These are by far the worst set of earbuds I’ve ever purchased compared to Jaybirds, Beats and AirPods, regular and Pros.

Despite what happened, we are glad that you were able to fixed the problem. Using headphones in a crowded place, such as on a train or busy road, nearby devices may interrupt Bluetooth communication and cause sound interruptions, interference, or noise. If the issue doesn't occur at home or with fewer nearby devices, it is Bluetooth communication interference causing the issue, and not the headphones. For more details, visit the following link:
