We're sorry to hear about your experience with the Sony LinkBuds S. While the sound quality and fit seem to have been on point initially, the battery life and connectivity issues you've encountered are definitely frustrating. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. While it is normal for the battery consumption rate to vary somewhat between the left and right earbuds due to function settings and conditions of use, a significant difference between the earbuds, when regularly used together, should not occur. If the available operating time (on either or both Left/Right headsets) is short or the battery power does not last long, as a first step, check these articles to make sure you are charging the earbuds properly:
