Great Sound. Great Noise Cancelling. OK fit

Bass is good but not overpowering. No distortion at the highest volume I'm comfortable with. Noise cancellation is really good, almost as good as my over-ears Sony XM3's. Bluetooth connection is solid to Pixel 5 and Pixel 6a Battery life is as advertised. Fit is just OK for me, but that is different from person to person. I can't wear them for more than 2 hours at a time before they really start to hurt my ears.

Constant Connection and App issues. TOO Many.

That was about all they did correct. For a 200 dollar pair of buds, these are terrible. Issues: 1. If my phone left range of the earbuds when they were not in use, they would not connect. The app would just spin on connecting and I would have to restart my phone when I wanted to use anything on the app. 2. Several times I put them in my ear and 1 or BOTH earbuds did not work. To resolve it I had to put them back in and start again, and hope the App (which is not good) would connect. I had to try them before I started my activity to make sure I was not without music in one or both ears. 3. The app does not allow you choose the options for the touch controls. There are three canned options and you get to pick two. I would NOT suggest based on the usage issues that anyone I know purchase these and they are getting returned.

Great sound and features.

Sound quality is good and they fairly comfortable to use for extended time. However they’re very sensitive to head position as far as keeping the Bluetooth connection and battery life is shorter than I expected.

The only thing is that occasionally the right bud doesn’t sense my finger to pause/play music and I have to take it out and put it back in to fix the problem

Tried different size inserts but still happens. I wish the Bluetooth was more stable but tends to break up at relatively close distance compared to my Samsung buds +. Would recommend buying only if on sale which is what I did... Otherwise not worth the hefty price

Comfortable and Good Sound

Other than that, these are comfortable and the noise cancelling (on the rare occasion that I turn it on, it drains battery even worse) is very effective for the price.

Almost perfect

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The noise cancelling plus the fit have come in real handy when I’m trying to focus on anything physical but after some sweat comes into play the ear pads start slipping off maybe I need to try a bigger size but when I did the test it said that the ones I had one were good size. Regardless come in handy and are barely noticeable when on.

Since you've already select the right size earbud tips that fits your ears, please make sure to wear the earbuds properly to prevent it from slipping off your ears. Gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal. Great but with one caveat.

The magnetic case is not strong enough to securely hold the earbuds and I lost mine because the case opened and the earbuds fell out.

For the first year and change, they lasted for 6 hours with normal settings when fully charged. With the noise canceling/ isolating disabled, they lasted even longer. The sound settings are manipulated by using the Sony sound connect app. After 1.5 years of use for about 20 hours a week, I noticed that the battery life declined. Currently, they only last about 3 hours. For earbuds, they haven't disappointed. They offer a decent amount of comfort and don't fall out of my ears.

It is a known characteristic of all rechargeable batteries to gradually lose capacity over time, and a decrease in battery life after a year and a half of consistent use is normal. Hated how they wouldn't fit right. Kept having to adjust them even when id be standing still. These are perfect, even during activities (personally). I dont have to mess with them for fit. Sound is great. Noise cancelling is excellent. Ambient sound is good as well. Battery is great too, the price is a little high, but you are buying for quality in my opinion. i personally have no complaints :) my best purchase.

Great Sound and Great Fit

The sound was exceptional and what impressed me the most frankly was the way they actually fit. The LinkBuds S are a more comfortable and cheaper set of earbuds than the XM4s, but they don't have the same level of noise canceling or sound quality. I use them as a backup pair.

I did some researching on youtube and these seemed like they would suit my needs of noise cancelation and clear sound. They are truly great. They sound very clear and crisp, the noise cancelation is phenomenal, and the touch controls work well most of the time. I am currently on my second pair since my toddler decided to loose one of the old pair.

Great until they stopped working

Went to Best Buy to weigh my options on a replacement. Was told by the associate that Best Buy store 237 would not cover anything past 14 days without the warranty. Sent back to Sony.

The Sony app is easy to maneuver and set up. Have had these for almost 2 years without any issues. Keeps a good charge with the earbuds and case for about 2hrs continuous use. Only con is sometimes the buds will slide out due to excess ear juice or sweat. Use them alot in the gym especially the noise cancelling feature to focus on my workout.

Very pleasantly surprised and really love the adjustable sound signatures via the app. Overall very happy with them. My son liked them so much he gave up his airpods and got a set for himself.
