Good remote overall but need the controller to pair. Also the ok button should work but doesn't

This is the 2nd one I've bought, one for each PS3.

Anymore all i do with my ps3 is watch movies or Netflix and it is perfect for that. I always had a problem with leaving my controller on while I watched and the batteries would always die. I got this and its perfect

Some of the hot keys need work. I hate that I can't control the tv and ps3 at the same time.

At first I was not going to buy this controller but Best Buy had a deal with buying 3 accessories. I am glad I bought it. I use if moslty for watching movies which is easier than using the controller. Would recommend it.

this is a great addition to simplify my tv control.

Super useful for watching Netflix, amazon or hulu on your ps3. I can't live without it now.

We purchased this remote to use with our Play Station 3 which we use to stream the WWE Network. This seemed easier than using the controller. Although, I feel the remote should have been included with the system.

This ps3 controller is the best product out for remote controls on the gaming console. I love the blu-ray buttons for movies as well as the same ps3 controls in the middle too. Easy to use and sync with products.

Hate using the game controller for watching blu rays and dvds and can never remember which button does what . Also great for navigating Netflix. Sony should have bundled this with the system from the start.

The remote is a must have for people who use their ps3 to watch movies. Using this remote instead of the ps3 controller has stopped all the accidental skipping!

As you should know by now the PS3 is a 3D blu ray player. (one of the major reasons I bought one myself). In spite of that the PS3 controller simply does not have the options that a real remote would. For example my copy of "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" has an interactive feature that allows the viewer the experience of "throwing" things at the screen much like has become the staple of that movie. To do so the viewer would use the colored buttons of the BRD remote. So, again the controller simply won't cut it. So, if you watch BRDs with interactive features or simply need more control over your BRD ecperience. this is well worth the money. I mean you already own a Blu ray player (PS3) why not utilize it's full capability?

This remote has many functions that I will likely never use but the functions I do use work like they are supposed to. It's nice to buy a product that does what it is designed to do every time you need it to.

This is my second. The dog got ahold of the first one and chewed it up. Liked the first one so good we bought another. Would recommend for anyone with a PS system that uses it for Bluray

For months I have been using my controller to control my movies on my ps3. This remote is intuitive and easy to use and has so many more options that the controller can't do.

Very useful for playing movies on PS3. Was a little difficult to connect with the TV, since the code for my TV was not listed. Controls are easy to reach and use without having a light to find them, so no need to ruin a movie by turning on the light to see anything.

This is a great addition to the PS3. It makes watching movies or using internet apps much easier to navigate. Well worth the price to make the PS3 more user friendly for watching blurays.

This should have been included with the PS3, but, for the price it can't be passed up. Makes it so much easier accessing Blu-Ray and DVD functions and everything else. Easy setup and use.

Great remote for anyone who uses their PS3 to watch DVD's or Netflix. Easy to use! Doesn't work with RedBox for whatever reason but I don't really use that app so it's fine with me.

The remote is really a 4.5, I rounded up. It has ALL of the functions I was looking for. The only thing I wish is that it controlled and was programmable for all televisions.
