    Had to replace PS3, but newer PS4's are not set to retro-fit old games. The refurbished PS3 looks great, like new, functions great.

    bought it for my 7year old son it worked well for the first week after that it started freezing. Best buy did exchange it cant complain on that.

    I am very disappointed with this purchase. Exactly 45 days from date of purchase the item failed to operate. Warranty on this item is only 30 days so I am out of luck. I am embarrassed because this item was a very important birthday gift for my son. If the item was for myself I wouldn't be so upset. I feel very bad because this was the only thing my son talked about for three months before his birthday. He was so excited to receive a PS3 and it made his year. Now he's very upset that his pride and joy has failed him.

    Upon setting up the PS3 I could not get it to work. I first connected to HDMI 2, then to HDMI 3, still no connection. I disconnected the PS3 from my T.V. allowed it to rest, then began again following the instructions again with my Grandson who has a PS3 at his home. Still no results. Repacked the machine and took it to my local Best Buy Geek Squad. The repair tech was very concerned when I explained to him my difficulty. The Tech then took the machine, hooked it up to his monitors and had the same result that I had. It DID NOT WORK. The PS3 was returned and I purchased an XBox 1 in its place. Conclusion: Do not purchase Pre-owned, Re_manufactured, Re-Built. DO NOT post this review I do not want Best Buy embarrassed due to the act of a Technician who should have checked out the item prior to sale.
