Bought the PS4 in 2021, I’ve used it almost everyday and it's still holding up great. Graphics, game selection, and controller are all top-notch. Plus, it's versatile for multimedia. Sony's updates keep it fresh. Still a top pick for gaming.

I love to play playstation waiting for grandtheft auto 6.

I got the PS4 cuz my lil bro moved away and he didn't have an xbox one so I got the PS4 so we could play Black Ops 3 online and other stuff & just chat. Its a good console & I haven't had any crashes with it and runs pretty smooth/ no stutters during gaming and runs pretty cool even after long hours of use. It hasn't overheated on me and I use this for games and Blu-ray movies so 3 to 5 hours of continuous use. The graphics are no doubt a little better than Xbox One (this is coming from an Xbox guy) it was just a little difficult getting used to the different controller configuration and symbols.

At the time I bought this, I was torn between getting this, a Nintendo Switch, and an Xbox One. I can say now I definitely made the right choice. Considering just this console alone, I really like all the different features and easy navigability of the home screen. With tons of apps you can use for streaming, gaming, or even catching up on sports and news you'll find it here. It can play blu-ray and DVD as well. And the best part is that there are a wide variety of games you can play. Whatever your interest, you're almost certain to find something you like. Compared to the other two consoles, it's not as powerful an entertainment center as the Xbox One, but I was looking for a gaming console and not an entertainment center. Plus, most Xbox One games are made for the PS4 anyway, so I didn't see the point in getting an Xbox One when I could play any game I wanted to on there on the PS4. As for the Switch, there weren't many games out for it at the time and PS4 had a wider selection. Still does, but Nintendo is catching up and I'm sure I'll be making a Switch purchase in the near future. Overall, would highly recommend this system to any fan of the console or the games out for it. You won't be disappointed.

For years, PS4 has been a leading role in the handhold game consoles. And this is absolutely an upgrade. There is a very noticeable performance between my slim and the original, and the graphics are phenomenal. The control are what you would expect and a little more. Sometimes, depending on the game, the controller will light up differently to show the diviation in your control patterns. If if you're a longtime PS4 user looking for an upgrade over your old system at the right price, you can't go wrong with the PS4 Slim.

I purchased this console just a couple of months ago, October of 2017, as a replacement for my PS3 that I primarily used for Netflix and PSVue subscriptions. I soon discovered that the quality of those services alone were on a much higher level than they were on my PS3 system. After trying a few games I initially purchased with the system I took a leap of faith and decided to purchase Horizon Zero Dawn and was almost instantly hooked by its amazing graphics, story and gameplay. After not playing video games regularly for more than a decade, I have now made the leap back into console gaming and power up the system regularly. In my humble opinion, this is the ultimate home entertainment system and is either a must-have part of ones wish list or one that should be strongly considered. With over 8000 game titles currently available, its choices are endless and contain something enjoyable for all age ranges. Easy to use interface, hard to put down games and streaming services that embrace the chord-cutting trend that is all the rage. I am still surprised at how silent this machine runs and its amazing ability to convert internet streams into fluid HD video. 10 out of 10!!!

I love my ps4. Love more that I got the promotion price for $200. I been a loyal PlayStation owner since the first PlayStation. The visual effects are awesome. I love that it plays blue ray movies. The 1tb memory is great for media storage. The only thing that sucks about the PlayStation now is that you have to pay to play online, but aside from that everything is great.

The Playstation 4 is a great console with a robust library of games. And honestly, even though the Playstation 5 is already out and everything, I still think the Playstation 4 is the better system. It's cheaper, as are the games, and there's far more that it offers, since there's very few exclusives on the PS5, or at least not enough of them to warrant purchasing a whole console, in my opinion. Sure, the PS4 isn't as powerful as the PS5, but it's definitely got a lot more to offer, otherwise.

Have been wanting a PS4 for quite a while, but put off buying one. I finally caved and the first place I went to check for one was Best Buy. They had the best deal that was still in stock. Sad it took a few days to get to the store but the pick up process was super easy! Really happy with my purchase so far! Easy to setup, lots of storage, and very sleek design!

PS4 is probably the most inexpensive gaming equipment you can own, but still enjoy its company. I will never let go of my PS4. Oh and also if you’re considering buying one, definitely buy 1 TB rather than a 500 gb. If you are a player that plays many games and has too many digital downloads, 500 may not be enough for you because the load will take foreeeever. So get a 1 TB. Other than that, nothing else I can say. PS4 is LYF!! Game on!

This PS4 1TB console worked like a charm. Lots of room for my game collection. Was hooked up and working beautifully in about half an hour (although, I admit that my brother helped me hook it up - he's good with electronics. I am pleased with its performance. The price was excellent and the purchase easy. It was packaged well and delivered on time. Very pleased with my transaction with Best Buy.

I've been wanting a game console for some time now. Haven't played games on my computer since I purchased Star Wars in 1994 to play on my MS-dos computer. From the above date you will be able to tell that I'm older. A lot of research went into this decision. I read many reviews, when we were out shopping I would ask young people looking at games what they thought about the consoles. Invariably the answers led me to the PS4. Thanksgiving weekend we were in the DFW area. Went online to search out a console online, I hesitated and lost my chance, all sold out. Kept the search going and found one at Best Buy in Metarie. We ordered this for in-store pickup. When we flew into New Orleans after the holiday we stopped on the way home to pickup the console. Best Buy had the unit ready for pickup and also bought a couple of games that were on sale. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the pricing of $199.00. There is a learning curve from DOS based games to this, the graphics and smoothness of play are amazing to me. Really enjoying my purchase.

I'm not a huge gamer, but the new PS4 is an absolute must have!! The graphics are incredible on 1080!! They will REALLY be incredible when I upgrade to 4K. Pricing was awesome and Best Buy will match any price of equal value....a great decision to buy from Best Buy!!

There is a huge variety of excellent games and the graphics are stunning. Having the 1 TB of space is incredible, as the 500G of the release console simply wasn’t enough.

Purchases for my 6yr old son for his bday. Husband and I knew very little but were able to figure it out as well as our son who now with ease is able to maneuver around & play online games, blu ray movies and watch his disney +. Hesitation at first but well worth it .

The bundle is nice first of all. I'm really not a star wars fan but I love black and read. I wanted to upgrade to the pro for a while. I can tell the difference on my 4k tv. The colors pop and the sharpness of characters are on point. I upgraded it to a 2tb hard drive. It's very quiet also, no complaints from me!!
