Got a great price on Black Friday ( they were the only store we could find that even had them in stock) customer service was very helpful and the purchase was easy. Works great and has a lot more room than our 500 gb one we had.

Easily better than my Xbox one and way better than the Wii U. So far better than the switch. I like that this can do everything - games/movies/tv. Tons of built in storage as well. Wish this came with 2 controllers though.

Great system with the best console-exclusive games available. New slim design is nice and 1TB is enough to hold a good amount of games, but it does go fast if you get games often. Overall the Playstation has a great lineup of games, solid graphics, and useful additional features (like the ability to play Blu-Rays). I only docked a star because mine came with a busted HDMI cable, but the system itself is great.

Purchased on black friday, love it, works great and I have had no issues so far. Only thing that was disappointing was that you have to pay to play online. Wish they would give you a few months free or something.

I purchased this at the black Friday pricing which was awesome. It's the updated Playstation 4 slim version and in black. It's quiet and fairly cool running. Graphics are what you would expect from a Playstation 4

Nice size and plenty of hard drive space, great deal for the price bought it on Black Friday. I mostly play games on Xbox but a few of the playstation exclusives sold me on getting oneand I'm very happy with it.

Made the switch to the PS4 from an XBox 360. Should've done it a long time ago. Graphics are fantastic. The console is reasonably priced right now, and was a great buy

Have had no issues, everything works well and is working 100% looks like new.

While it is the PS4 slim which I was a little disappointed about it is a great piece of machinery. It can hold the same amount of storage as the other models and it is $100 cheaper.

I haven't owned a PS4 in almost two decades and I'm happy I own this now. The setup was self explanatory, the graphics look amazing and the functions of the entire OS is simple and easy to use.

This product has worked exactly as it should. Fast booting, great graphics, easy to setup. No glitches or crashes so far. I've been using it for about an hour or so every day.

I owe PS2 PS3 and I purchased the newer version PS4 1TB because I can't wait for a PS5 until 2022. This newer version has so much more HIGH LITES than my older PS4 and it also has much more storage for adding games. I like that with the PS4 games I have and the remastered PS4 I purchased I will be able to use them on a PS5 in the future. Picture quality is extremely CLEAR. I was able to catch it on SALE thru BB.

Purchased this as a secondary PS4 for the home. My other PS4 is the original from its release. Graphics are more advanced and load times quicker with the new PS4. Plus, a lot of extra memory.

We have an XBOX X in the living room that we use a great sum of the time just for movies. I am not a gamer, but after purchasing the PS4, I may start looking for some basic old school games. I have always been a big Sony fan. Every television in my home is Sony. The only difference that I see that is a take-away from the PS4 versus the Xbox X. The PS4 cannot control my Xfinity cable box (voice-command); nor, can I use my Harmony remote with it. There is no additional support for it with Harmony (I contacted Harmony's customer service in regards to this issue). All-in-all, I am very happy with my new purchase.

We bought it during the pandemic to use as a family and weve had tons of fun, great graphic, endless amounts of games and we got it at a great price.

I bought this for a christmas present for my son. He is not big in playing video games, but there are games that he’d love to play in ps4. He will love it. Great price with the discount.

My old PlayStation 4 burned out, so I got a new one, is an upgrade because had been many years since I got the old one. For one my old one only had 500GB this one has 1 TB (double the memory) and a second upgrade was was my old PS4 could not handle the speed of my internet so downloading and lag became a hassle, the new one can do more than twice the speed of my old PS4.

The games and movies have looked fantastic. At 1TB, it has enough storage to last a while. The black Friday pricing was about right for a console without all the bells and whistles.

This is my 2nd PS4 I own. I also have the Black Ops 3 special addition 1T system & I paid way more for that to get the 1T memory? This was a steal at $199 to get another 1T system!
