I'm glad I waited to buy a PS4, now that they have a slim console with 1TB at $249 and limited edition GOLD color!! I defiantly love the color...my only down side is not the console its self but the handling of the product...once it arrived at my door, I opened it right away and low and behold one of the corners of the box was damaged as seen in pics

Flat out this is the icing on the cake of my bedroom setup. I LOVE IT!!!!

This new slimmed down version of the PS4 looks absolutely beautiful in Gold. On the underside are rubber stoppers that are shaped like the buttons on the controller. Its not loud, like the original cinder block PS4. Its got a ton of memory and the load times for games is vastly better. And the price is nothing to scoff at. 250 is a steal for something this great...only downside is that Sony still refuses to give us backwards compatibility.

My old PlayStation 4 wasn't cutting it any longer. I had it since launch and I needed more space. I know I could have gotten a external harddrive but I detest the old model and the power button / eject button. Especially in summer time my system would attract so much heat because of the black frame. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the Gold PS4 was only 250. I traded in my old PS4 and added in the difference. I'm glad I did because the 1 TB makes a world of difference. The gold makes the PS4 stand out and easier to clean/. Lastly they moved the power button to the left side. Perfect and the newer style controller is a great addition.

My old 500GB ps4 worked a little better then this newer slim 1TB model. The look of it is amazing, but for some reason it moves a bit slower then the older model. My home screen sometimes lags out and the PS4 will random restart. I also have a 4k Sony TV and I do not like that it won't turn my tv on by just turning on the system like the old one did. The good thing about this system is the storage space and the price. I now have 1TB in system and 2TB external to fit all my games. If you already have a PS4, there is no need to get this one, unless you just want it for the look. If you do not have one. I say this is a really great deal to go for.

From picture it look like the ps4 was a Matt type dark gold color. But when I took it out the box it shine just like jewelry. I love and the color of the color just tops it off. You the ps4 has amazing graphic I just wanted you to know the picture doesn't do it justice.

It works great and it’s so light! I enjoy the color. Definitely worth the buy especially with that 1TB.

It’s gold. That’s cool. It’s slim and cheaper than the first gen. The non sensing buttons for power and eject work better and the new design runs much cooler and draws less power so that’s nice. The new controller is neat how it lights up but isn’t as durable. It does what it’s suppose to do but don’t rush out to get one less you don’t have one. This is my 3rd PS4 in the Home.

This is a very convenient device. I got it mainly for the color, because my favorite color is gold and I couldn’t let this chance slip. I’d been wanting a PS4 for a while. Once the limited edition gold was released, I had to get it. Now I’m just waiting for the COD green version to release the controllers separately.
