This console is one of the best deal so far. The size is awesome and the hard drive has more storage than the previous versions. It's a great buy.

I'm glad I waited to buy a PS4, now that they have a slim console with 1TB at $249 and limited edition GOLD color!! I defiantly love the color...my only down side is not the console its self but the handling of the product...once it arrived at my door, I opened it right away and low and behold one of the corners of the box was damaged as seen in pics

I bought it for my son and he just love it, he is using every feature it offers

This new slimmed down version of the PS4 looks absolutely beautiful in Gold. On the underside are rubber stoppers that are shaped like the buttons on the controller. Its not loud, like the original cinder block PS4. Its got a ton of memory and the load times for games is vastly better. And the price is nothing to scoff at. 250 is a steal for something this great...only downside is that Sony still refuses to give us backwards compatibility.

My old PlayStation 4 wasn't cutting it any longer. I had it since launch and I needed more space. I know I could have gotten a external harddrive but I detest the old model and the power button / eject button. Especially in summer time my system would attract so much heat because of the black frame. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the Gold PS4 was only 250. I traded in my old PS4 and added in the difference. I'm glad I did because the 1 TB makes a world of difference. The gold makes the PS4 stand out and easier to clean/. Lastly they moved the power button to the left side. Perfect and the newer style controller is a great addition.

This limited edition "Gold" PS4 far exceeds my expectations. I thought the hold colt would ba a little to. "Kardashian" for my entertainment center. But believe it or not the matte gold exterior or was very classy looking and not real bling at all. The 1TB hybrid hard drive is very fast and has plenty of room to store my games. I'm Betty happy that I picked one up for 249.99 during the E3 promotion. Great purchase that will only go up in value!

This PS4 has it all! It's your basic slim model, but golden. It's 1 tb, so storage capacity is no problem. It's still VR compatibile, while running faster and better than a regular PS4. The 'grip feet' on the bottom are the PS buttons and the controller is gold, too! The price was a steal, too, for all that came with it. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to '1 up' their gaming buddies. It's a high-quality system.

As an entertainment center, I love the PS4. I really wanted to pick up a 1 TB system because I maxed out my space on my 500GB months ago. The gold color is not overwhelming (I would have been fine with black). I actually picked up two these while it was on sale because I wanted to make sure I had enough room for all the games I've purchased through Sony but haven't had space for. Would highly recommend picking this up.

When i heard about the new God Of War i had to get a PS4 just to play that. The price is outstanding and it is a 1 TB hard drive as well as a special edition color. It was a no brainier to get especially at the price. Considering buying a second to have as a spare.

I mainly purchased this PS4 due it's sale price point of $249! I love the small footprint of this version and 1TB storage was a huge plus. Gold wouldn't be my first choice of colors, but I couldn't pass it up based on the price. Plus, the refurbished PS4 models with 500GB were going for $249! The PS4 Pro was another option, but upgrading the rest of my equipment to 4K just didn't seem worth it... just for the visual upgrades. PS4 games still look darn pretty. I've been fan of the XB1 since it launched, but they certainly screwed up the UI after the Xbox 360. It looked pretty and all the features were there, but it was certainly NOT intuitive. Lastly, within this last year, the Kinect stopped working and so did the voice chat. The XB1 simply needs to retire. Hello again to the Playstation network.

Will it's beautiful and very gold = ). slimmer and sexier than the ps4 phat and worth every cent with the built in 1k GB inside. comes with gold controller as well and is limited!!! A awesome buy indeed!

My family has been asking me for a while to upgrade to the PS4 from our PS3 for a while now. Well, I finally decided to do it, and to my surprise I found that Sony was having a sale on there PS4. The sale only consisted on a PS4 Gold Edition. I really didn't mind for the color. The sale was one of my main attractions, and It was also a 1TB. So we upgraded to the New PS4. Once we got it home and set it up, I found a few different things that were not the same from our PS3. I use to navigate to the left to turn it off, now I navigate to the right in order to turn it off. That for me was one of the few items I saw different. But other than that my kids and husband they love it.

I have just switched from the xbox360 to the ps4. The graphics are much better and there are a lot more features. This system has a lot of storage for a relatively cheap price.

For $250 it is a great buy, the color really stands out and looks perfect! The graphics on this console are amazing, way better than i thought!

Great for new and current playstayion players, and especially for any collectors. The system itself is quiet as a mouse and the 1TB HDD will give me plenty of storage for years to come. Looks even beter in person!

Truly excited to own Gold ps4 slim. I usually tend to buy limited edition gaming systems. So I was waiting for this and the price was awesome.

Exactly as my title states. The Gold PS4 looks pretty awesome actually, is tiny compared to the launch version, and is so completely quiet that you wouldn't know if it was on or off if all you had to determine that was your ability to hear things, lol. Also, 1 TB is pretty huge. I don't find myself needing to delete games like I did with my launch version. Someday I imagine, but not presently, and that is with liek 30ish games downloaded including quite a few AAA titles.

Play station 4 for 250 buck and it's 1TB and it's gold! Can't beat that.
