Bought this console to replace our antiquated Wii. My daughters are 14 and 11 and they have really enjoyed playing the games that they received for Christmas. I didn’t know that the Nintendo was “the” video system to get this year, but the PlayStation 4 has been perfect for our family!

This PS4 console is the best. Extremely happy with the easy of connection as well as the graphics produced. Small enough to not be obtrusive in the television cabinet.

This is my first ever writing a review ever of my PlayStation 4 on 12/19/2017, I'm an excited customer to get this home to hook it up to my Samsung TV and I'm an satisfied customer! 5 stars for allowing me to get approved by my bank and I'm going to shop at Best Buy again.

The system is easy to set up. Battlefront II, at least the local play, isn't much better than the first but is still decent to play. The battle arenas get old quick as there are only a handful to select from. That being said, it is still entertaining.

Bought for my adult son. He has had lots of systems over the years & really likes this new PS4 system. Always better graphics & upgrades from previous models. My husband is considering one!

wow. Ive always been an Xbox fan (with the exception of the PS2) and if it wasn't for my lil bro leaving to live in LA, I would have probably never picked up a PS4. I got it so we could have another way of communicating with ourselves since we like gaming. He got over Xbox so I had to pick one up for myself so we chat it up via headset or just on Call of Duty WW2/Black ops 4. I will admit the graphics on the PS4 is slightly better than an Xbox One (not the X; don't have one so I cant compare) I cant image what the PS4 Pro would look like but most of the games I have for the PS4 are scenery games and it definitely influences my game choice between Xbox One and PS4 lol. The one thing I don't like about the PlayStation is the extra screens that pop up when deciding what to do/watch. If you want to watch Netflix then you look for it in your library, scroll to all apps, find Netflix, then hit start. The versatility is also very limited. You have to constantly "go home" and choose a different app/game then back to the extra screen to start it but hey that's why I also have my Xbox One. I mainly try to use the PS4 for Blu-ray movies and I do have a wide selection of games but mainly movies. This console runs really cool. ive never had it overheat on me even after watching 2-3 movies [6hours straight] (I love to watch movies with my girlfriend) so it holds up very very well. Maximum time ive played a video game is at least 3 hours so any hardcore gamer wanting to join the playstation family will not be disappointed. Another thing I don't like about it is the cheap plastic that creaks when you touch it or move it. Its definitely solid but it creaks like crazy when you move it (I clean around it and under it) It can be felt around but ive never had a problem with it, just wanted to mention that in case someone buys a new one and they encounter the same thing. Like I said, its a great console, no major problems with it and no screen tearing. its pretty fast.

I upgraded from a PS3 to the PS4 and love it. It syncs up perfectly with my Sony Bravia TV and Sony soundbar. Everything about the system works well and with a TB of storage space I should be set. At least for a little while.

Great gaming console. Love the graphics and the ease of play.Makes on line play very enjoyable.would recommend for entertainment.

Got this console for the family for Xmas as an upgrade to our old systems and everyone is very pleased. Would like to have seen this come with a charging stand for the controller instead of just a cable.

Amazing Graphics, it works great , easy to install, the games are incredible. It came with Star Wars Game.

We have been wanting a new PS4 for some time but didn't want to spend as much money as what the new one was going for. So we waited a long time before we made this purchase. Now we almost wished we had bought it sooner because of all the fun we have had since we purchased it. We tried and tried to get it while it was on sale for $199 but no luck, we ended up paying $299 but we did get a free Star wars game with it. Thanks Best Buy

Gift for my nephew Ps4 has alway been a best when it comes to gaming consoles. note if you want to play online be prepare to pay monthly or yearly, yearly a better deal.

I purchased this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He told me that he had only ever had Xbox growing up but I grew with PlayStation and had always loved playing it. Even though it has been 10 years since either of us have played video games, he told me that he loves it. The graphics and sound quality are amazing and it has a ton of storage on it. Overall he is happy with his gift and will never go back to Xbox.

Got this for Christmas and I love it! The system plays not only video games but movies as well. The battlefront game is not the best but the graphics are amazing!
