The machine is great but if you want to play 2 players sitting side by side, buy something else. Very few games allow for 2 players. It is set up for sony to make $$. They want your friends to buy a machine so you can play online only.

Wanted even swap..sent husband to do ... They charged him for upgrade. Small model not available. Was very disappointed. Not our fault same model was discontinued. Felt as though should of been even trade.

As far as the console goes, I love it in every way over my PS3 except that I can no longer play movies from flash drives. Hopefully that will be fixed in the future. My reason for one star is that when I purchased the console (on Thanksgiving while headed back home to New York from dinner with the family in Philadelphia) I was told that the computers were down and they couldn't apply the $65 in rewards points I earned because the computers were down. They told me to just buy the console and I could go to my local Best Buy for them to apply the points to my purchase. When I went into my local store they told me that I couldn't do this but I should call the toll free number because they are the only ones that can do that. SO... I called the toll free number and after explaining my story three times to three different departments I was finally told that everyone at the stores lied to me and I couldn't apply the points to this purchase and maybe I should just use the points to buy something else. As it turns out the only way to get the points applied is return the console and buy another one... I've been a loyal Best Buy customer ever since they started doing business. Frankly, I'm done with them now. Not only did two stores offer wrong information and "pass the buck" but once I got to them online they were not willing to help me in any way and offered me nothing for the mistakes they made. I wasn't looking for money but maybe just an offer to extend the expiration date for the rewards certificate or something that made me feel like they valued my business.

Are you freaking kidding me? I never got my order. You people sent my order to someone else and never sent me mine. I'll never buy anything from you again!!!
