This system was easy to setup and only took less than 2 hours to download all software and updates, although I was told it would take a whole day.

I bought this when they was running the bundle deal and some geek squad guy screwed my wife out of the ghost buster movie and said since the PS4 came with blackops3 she can choose the free game or movie but on the ad it said chose any PlayStation ps4 bundle and get the game THE LAST OF US and GHOST BUSTERS but no. Cause we always have problems at our local Tulsa Hills BestBuy location I think their mad I spend so much money in there or something I don't know but maybe the CEO of bestbuy should do a undercover boss at that location I bet they would get new staff.

Best buy staff was very helpful in choosing the right game console that worked for me. Setup was easy, and there have been no problems with operation. The graphics are good with the sony bravia tv bought with it. There weren't as many kid friendly games as i would like, but they had the games my kids were interested in.

Having had a PS1, a PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360 I'm extremely satisfied with the PS4. The picture quality and speed is superb. It has no problem connecting to wifi and the fact that I can watch blu ray movies is a cherry on top. Also since the COD 3 is included made my day, I love the game and it came with the bonus maps.

So, I owned two Xbox One consoles until I decided to purchase a PS4 recently, thus selling one of the Xbox Ones. BIG mistake. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice console and the primary perk that I liked over the Xbox One is that it resolutes 1080p on almost every title (that is dependent on the makers of the titles, not so much the makers of the consoles). In contrast, the graphics on the PS4 were much more detailed and appreciated than on the Xbox One. At any rate, the biggest flaw and deciding factor that made me return the PS4 is that the controller was not what I was used to. The thumb sticks are parallel rather than offset and incramentally smaller than the Xbox One's controller. Being a life long Xbox player perhaps may have subconsciously biased my decision, but I do prefer the Xbox One solely based on that one important factor. The PS4 controller, yet very cool with its title related lights and sounds, just made my game play with FPS titles a frustrating and horrible experience. Low gamer scores and bad game play was enough to make me return the PS4. I tried to like it and live with it, but if I couldn't enjoy powering it on n getting into a multiplayer game to "dominate", then what's the fun in that? A cross platform gamer I am not and it showed. Does anyone else have trouble going between platforms? I even contemplated purchasing a Cronus max plus to utilize my Xbox one controller on the PS4, but I eventually decided against it. I returned the PS4 and picked up another Xbox One and couldn't be happier. The grass is not greener on the other side.......

I always wanted to own a PS4 and finally I went out and bought one. I'm not much of a Call of Duty fan so I didn't keep the game, however I am very very pleased with the console itself. I have my own set of games I always wanted to play on the Playstation consoles and I have to say, this is awesome.

Wow, just wow. I can't believe how amazing the PS4 is. I have always owned Xbox and said for years how much better that system is, boy was I wrong. Xbox may have had the crown last gen but now that position goes to the PS4. Games install so much faster on this system than the Xone, and I absolutely love the controller. The touch pad is nice and the built in speaker will immerse you as you get taken away into the game world that you are playing. I can't wait to use this system with upcoming exclusives and especially the Playstation VR. If you have the choice between this and a Xbox One I would suggest passing on the Xone, it completely destroys it! PS4LIFE!

Excellent graphics and easy to use. Controllers are nice

The PS4 is a great system and the Call of Duty Black Ops III bundle was the way to go. I like the design and the functionality. The graphics on this system is much better than the PS3, as expected though for a newer system.

I bought this after having an xbox one first. All of my friends are on PS4 mainly so I bought the call of duty black ops 3 bundle to play with them. I also have COD BOPS3 for xbox one. Comparing the graphics together side by side, the PS4 is much better. I love playing COD on the PS4!

Have had all Playstation game systems except PS3, and can honestly say this one exceeds them all. Same great quality as expected from Sony. Really like the fact that the internals are end user upgradeable. Graphics are awesome and frame rates are high resulting in a smooth screen.

i am a PS biggest fan. in my opinion the graphic and all the other specs are much much better on PS than Xbox. the experience is just wonderful. i closed this one because it came with "call of duty black OPS". love it.

It was a good deal at $349 in the bundle. There was no Call of Duty 'skin' on the PlayStation and I thought there would be, but looks aren't that important to me vs. the gaming. I like the feel of the controller and the smooth game play that comes from the PlayStation.

The hardware is sufficient for what it needs to do. The dashboard is minimalistic yet somehow cluttered and unorganized, much like the XMB on the PS3 when it first came out. Games with physical copies need to be installed but can be played while installation is going on which is nice. A terrible oversight is not having a progress bar. You have to listen to the drive spinning; once it's done installing the drive will stop. Prior to that, you have no idea how much has been installed. The included 500gb HD is sufficient for casual to medium usage players, but for anyone else a HD upgrade is necessary. The design of the Dualshock 4 controller is an upgrade over the PS3's Dualshock 3, but the battery life is atrocious. You will constantly need to charge the controller though the PS4 does have a Rest Mode option that let's you charge the controller while the console itself is in standby mode. Whether you pick up the system will depend on if you think there are enough titles available in its library worth owning.

I was thinking of buying a refurbished Ps4 $299 but after I found out it was the same price as a new one $299. I decided to go with this bundle because it came with the game and headset as well which I didn't know it was included. Go with the bundle. Awesome!!!

Great product exceeded my expectations my boys loved all the game pieces the game it's easy to use easy to set up they like to play online everything works very well together but multiple products and multiple controls and an extended memory love this product

I initially wanted the destiny bundle, but that sold out quickly. Graphics are great. Wish it came with 2 controllers, even though this particular game does not require it, the extra controllers are expensive, and it would compliment a "bundle" nicely.

I have always love playstation over xbox the controller feels better in my hand and also square enix just makes a lot of wonderful games finally broke down and bought one and love it simple home menu and streaming options a plus graphics are wonderful!

This system is great and works flawlessly out of the as it should. Very interactive and runs smother than prior PS systems. With call of duty black ops 3 it makes it worth waiting for. I did purchase the (2) year extended warranty just in case....
