The New control is awesome! The images are great, it is user friendly and my kid is so happy with that.

Upgraded from the Ps3...worth it. Love the new controller, the graphics and the speed of the system.

The graphics are better than expected..Games are few but am sure more will come. Easy to move thru the system..no set up needed. Recommend purchasing an extra DualShock4 since the battery life is shorter than the DualShock3...a charging dock is good to have as well. You will also want to have the Playstation4 camera. The only thing that is a negative is the inability to send pictures to your friends via messaging..

PlayStation 4 did not disappoint. This system has excellent graphics and is extremely user-friendly. The graphics a definitely next level with excellent sound effects. My only disappointment is that it is not backwards compatible with PlayStation 3 or any of the other PlayStation game discs from Sony's previous consoles. But nevertheless the PlayStation 4 is a rock solid system. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Love my ps4! So far there aren't very many good games to play on the system but for the few that are there this system makes them look fantastic! Runs everything very smooth and fast. My only discrepancy is that the controller life is about half as long as the ps3 system controller. I don't understand why they would put a light on the controller that can't be turned off.

Where to start.... Upside, New gen, better hardware, smoother graphics, quieter, able to finally multi-task, can pause games with the PS button and not just have the game continue in the background since they all run as "apps" instead of taking over the system Downside, New gen....not many games out yet. With VERY few exceptions, any PS Store game you bought on your PS3, you can't play on PS4. Some aren't even available in PS Now (pay to play subscription). Also to note, you must have PS PLUS to play online. PS3 it was optional, now it's REQUIRED to play online. Overall, would still recommend as New Gen has some things coming, but there are some extremely annoying drawbacks

I LOVE THIS CONSOLE!!!! Bought XB1, Day One and had it for a year and a half before buying this and I must admit, it is the best next-gen console. Multiplatform games look much better on PS4 in my opinion as the lighting effects and textures just look better to me. The controller is improved, but not perfect. The console has better loading times and is more reliable than I expected. I have not been kicked from PS+ and I have had it for more than a month at this point. Great console for shooters like COD: Advanced Warfare and Destiny, also, the exclusives that are coming give me more to look forward to. I will still use both systems, but this has become my favorite.

My husband and I love our PS4. It's a great upgrade from the PS3! The graphics are amazing. It's quick to respond and we love the stand by, power saving feature. It's easy to switch back and forth between games and apps like Netflix without having to completely exit out of the game. If you're thinking of getting a PS4, just DO IT!

Best gaming console I've ever played. Graphics are fantastic, the features are perfect for all ages. Definitely worth the price... My only negatives would be, like everyone backwards compatability (which im aware they are working on a streaming service) and the need to purchase a specific external hard drive.

If you loved the PS3, then the PS4 will knock your socks off. Better graphics, more power and it runs much more smoothly and cooler (temperature). The version with The Last of Us is great and I can't wait to get more games. You'll love it.

Great system for gamers with a good amount of upcoming console exclusives. It can play games of all sorts, ranging from adult/mature games to family friendly games to games that everybody can enjoy. With programs like Netflix, Youtube among others, there are multiple uses for the PS4 besides it just being a video game console. The ability to share achievements/accomplishments on twitter, facebook etc is an added bonus and streaming isn't all that hard if you choose to do that. I got the system about 2 months ago and still have not gotten around to every single detail of the PS4, there is just plenty to do. I am very pleased with my purchase of a PS4 and got a very good deal with this. Me personally, I would say this is the best buy of the "Big 3" systems if you are choosing to get one. Sony has consistently provided good console exclusive after good console exclusive and given this is still a relatively new system for the most part, it is a good investment. Getting one of the best games in my opinion bundled with this system is like the cherry on top. The Last of Us is a brutal, violent, heart throbbing game that takes you on an adventure that you don't ever want to get off of. The game is not for everybody but survival horror fans and people who enjoy a compelling story will fall in love with this game. It comes inside as a free digital download so don't miss out on playing what is, you know, absolutely free.

I have not regret my purchase. Excellent gaming system with spectacular graphics. Have had it a little over a month and I am still learning all of the bells and whistles. Highly recommend. The only downside is that you have to pay for a subscription to Playstation Plus in order to play online.

I got this because of Fallout 4 being released soon. It came with The Last of Us Re-mastered. I am really glad I got it. This game is outstanding. The graphics are so much better than the PS3. I just wish it was backwards compatible but I am keeping my PS3 also for the games I already have.

This bundle is awesome, especially with Last of Us game included. Graphics are smoother and sharper. Unfortunately media player does not recognize all formats of video on my usb drive, something the PS3 had no trouble doing. I recommend Sony consider what Microsoft is doing with respect to backwards compatibility on Xbox One, if you have the Xbox 360 disc it will play on the Xbox one, Sony should develop software emulation so players can load PS3 disc on the PS4, despite the different processor architecture. Other than that the PS4 is still an enjoyable console.

I was very reluctant to purchase the PS4, as we already have THREE (3) PS3 game stations in our home (and another two (2) not in use). I really don't like the idea of having to pay Sony for a Plus+ account in order to play online. Especially when it's not even their servers providing the connection. Who do you complain to when Rockstar can't keep GTA 5 online access available? Sony? Anyway, my youngest (nearly 12 years old) decided he would drop almost all of his cash on the system, and a single game. I helped him set up the system, and it looks really nice. I may have to reconsider my intent not to purchase one for myself (and my other son). If I do, then I would probably pay my youngest back for his purchase...so, whenever I've got $1,500 laying around :)

The ps4 has proven to be a multi-faceted entertainment system. From playing the newest games to watching netflix to watching blu ray dvd's, finding something to pass the time is easy. The picture is crystal clear and the menu is easy to navigate. Great fun for the whole family!

I purchased the Playstation 4 that came with arguably the best game created for PS4; The Last of Us! I love that the console comes with a free game at the same price that you buy just the console at other retailers for $399.99. I am very happy with my purchase and am very glad I purchased it from Best Buy instead of a different retailer. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions and then some. I was debating on whether to get PS4 or Xbox One and even though the sales associate had Xbox One instead of PS4 was able to give me unbiased answers to all of my questions. The system works flawlessly and the graphics and gameplay are astonishing. I would purchase this again and again, especially from Best Buy. I even purchased the Accidental Damage Protection plan even though many people told me not to spend my money on one. Thanks Best Buy for a great product, great price and extraordinary customer service!!!!!

I had an Xbox 360 ,was a dedicated xbox fan for a long time. Wanted to upgrade to a next Gen system. Did some research and decided on a Ps4 instead. Best decision I ever made. I absolutely love my Ps4. Sorry xbox. Great graphics, great speed, lots to do, and great games.

Great PS4 bundle. The game system is awesome with killer graphics and the speed at which games load is pretty quick. Love the new controllers and the look of the system. You have to pay to play online now and have only had one problem where the DVD did not load properly

Ok....I'm a XBox One owner and I broke down and bought the PS4...mainly for the new game coming up No Man Sky which looks awesome! I got the PS4 with the game The Last Of Us....WOW amazing game with excellent graphics! The bundle also came with a charging station for the controller...NICE! Now I gave it 4 stars because I'm a brain washed xbox one junkie and all my buddies are on xbox :-) I haven't done any side by side game comparisons and I probally will not be doing that....unless I get a game for free on one system...then maybe. Set up was a breeze...I don't care for the interface...seems cold but that's ust because xbox is all "Social" and puts badges all in your face. :-). One thing that I notice is the fact that PS4 shuts down your game when you put it to sleep....I know its normal, but the xbox you can pick up right where you left off...that's awesome! Oh and the PS4 controller has that crazy light that is soooo bright!! One positive thing about the PS4 controller is that it has a cool touch pad and the speaker on the controller! While playing the game, I found a voice recorder, hit play and the sound came out of the controller! It caught me off guard...really cool! Anyways....what can I say...if you got the extra $$ buy it...see ya out in game land!
