Missing included game

Upon calling and asking for a resolution, I was told that even buying an excellent condition you are not guaranteed everything. Even though buying used excellent says that it should include everything.

Do not buy, not worth it

It charged me. Do not buy this. Charge me full price when it's supposed to be included in the game. It was not tried to contact PlayStation no answer. Can't talk to anyone. Upgrade from PS4 pro 4k

Graphics difference from PS4 to PS5 is a bit lack-luster. Where as the change from ps3 to ps4 was very evident. Still worth the upgrade. Controller is fast-fumctioning but the battery life is a bit shallow for the times.
