PREORDER FAIL

It is really frustrating to read 5 star reviews with people saying they ordered a day before release and had a successful purchase. I was told my order could not be filled and would be cancelled 9/15 if new stock wasn't received. I went to gamestop and picked one up without a hassle. Shame on you BestBuy for overselling. I won't preorder from you ever again.

The day it released i called because i was waiting half the day to get an update on my order. I called and they said i could come pick it up because they had 6. But when i went to my nearest best buy they said i couldnt get one because the ones they had were already taken

When i asked the store they said that if i cant get it by the 15th than best buy will cancel the whole order and ill be forced to start over. What sort of bull is this!!!

Went and got it from GameStop

Meanwhile orders placed the day before got fulfilled immediately... Gamestop has them in stock and I'll likely go get one there.

Went to store to check on my pre order status guy was walking out with ps5 spider man edition asked him if he pre ordered that one he just said he he saw it and just boight it smh. I use to work at one so I know the doodoo show staff can be and no know really cares. If you’re reading this next time save your money and go through Amazon or even Gamestop.

Decided to go for the open box that was in an excellent condition and got cancelled the next day. Bestbuy corp you need to 100% a better job on how to manage your website.
