    Seems like a great machine. The setup is a little tedious..more user names and passwords and documentation is sparse but I'm older and don't intuitively know this stuff like the kids.

    PlayStation 5 is a good machine except for the fact that the land cable if it's hooked up keeps popping up on the screen as being connected and disconnected

    Only reason I'm reviewing this and given it a 2 star. It's because I got this for my son and it did not come with the voucher for the game I had called customer service they gave me the. Run around after all that when I told them I wanted to return. They didn't want to give me money back because it had passed the do day to return But I wanted to store and I got my money back one way or another.

    You get what you pay for. I got it open box and the voucher code for the game was not in the box. Console works fine.

    I bought this Playstation open-box and it was in amazing condition. The only super bad thing is that I did not get the Modern Warfare game. I was looking forward to playing that game but was hugely disappointed when it wasn't there. I called Best Buy and they couldn't just send me a new game, they only offered me a refund. I said no just to avoid the whole process again.
