    Awesome console. A Spider-Man fan’s ultimate console. Bad pre-order process. BB delayed and was a day late for my order. This caused me to have to buy from another vendor before they all disappeared. Causing me extra money, time, and hassle.

    The item is perfect, and I couldn't believe Best Buy had some in stock when I got it. Didn't take long to get it and in store pick up was quick and easy!

    Good deal. Considering the cost of the spiderman face plates, controller and spiderman 2. Youll save some money as opposed to buying them all seperately

    Love the look and design of the console, but the controller that came with it is defective. Ive tried to contact Sony about it but they are making it insanely difficult - the serial number doesnt register as being sold in the US, so its complicating the warranty process.

    The console is perfect. My old PS5's fan was very loud when playing games, while this one is very quiet. Runs all my old games perfectly and even transfering my SSD was easy as it didn't need to reformat. The shipping experience was not that great which is why I only gave it a 4

    Already loved the PS5. Putting a Spider-Man theme on it just made it that much better. Patiently waiting to play Spider-Man 2! You can’t go wrong with a PS5.
