I preordered on august 1st. And when the day came todah best buy started saying oh it might be delayed i decided to go hit my local gamestop when they ipened and got their last one of these, needless to say, i cancelled my floundering best buy preorder, and looking at this review bombing here it looks like i made a great choice just order from ps direct guys. They still have them in stock. I have very limited experience with bedt buy but all of it has been bad. I wont be returning. Pretty sad when gamestop has you beat on having it together

I preordered my ps5 spider man last month on the 28 i was wondering how long it takes to get delivered.

It been a couple of days and still no update if im going to get the console.

This is BS. My buddy and I pre-ordered on the same day. He got a text that his is ready for pickup. Mine shows in progress. What kind of dung is this?

Defeats the whole purpose of pre-ordering if it wasn't even promised the day it's supposed to come out seen so many other people saying they got theirs, but I get a big slap in the face never pre-ordering from best buy again. This isn't the first-time best buy has messed up pre-orders they can't handle.

I pre ordered this ps5 on the first day of pre order and people who pre ordered on later days have received the ps5 this is by far the most unfair pre order bs i have seen. How do yall leave the pre order deal open for a month and not have enough supply and let people who pre ordered at a later day get them first and not give to people who pre order on the first day it was available this is such bs.

This was supposed to be a gift for my boyfriend because hes a huge fan of spiderman. But best buy ruined that. I preordered on the august 21st. On the day of release we went to picked it up they told us theres not enough of supply. We have to wait longer. While on the app it says “be ready to pickup today”. We have to drive 100 miles to the nearest best buy. That was waste of time! We just ended up cancelled the order. I will never pre order from best buy again!

Once again, BB shows their incompetence and over sold units. Waited all day for hours to get an update. Went from 'we'll let you know when it's ready' to 'your item is delayed, we're trying to get it you you" and finally"there was a problem qith your payment". Ridiculous! Was supposed to be an awesome B-day gift, but BB continues to crap the bed. Went to PlayStation Direct and ordered it with ZERO problems. Do yourselves a favor since it's "Sold Out", go buy from PlayStation Direct and save yourself the headache.

I dont think Best Buy understands how to handle pre-orders whatsoever. We pre-order items to get the item on THE DAY its released. Whats the whole point of pre-ordereing stuff if were not going to get it when they, Best Buy, advertised the release day. This is very unprofessional and the ones who pre-orded this bundle should be recompensated with a gift card at least.

I pre ordered on the 8th of August with a pickup of September 1st like everyone else. The 1st came and went. On the 4 th I went in the store to see what was hoing on and my order had been cancelled. Needless to say I went to PlayStation direct ordered one and it got delivered the next day. Not very cash money on beat buys part.

Pre ordered 8/28 soon as it it was released to pre order. Waited all day to find put they sold to many and now i have to wait till they het more units. Never pre ordering again from best buy

Every pre order I ever had with BEST BUY HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PAIN. I never actually recevie an order on time which defeats the purpose because its never been an actual pre order if I had to pick up days later. Won’t get on the date of, expect it 7-10 days after release to pick up.
