More of the process of purchase and shipping issues. Placed item for preorder and it didn’t ship when stated. Got text after they were closed my order had a issue and would be canceled if I don’t contact with 24 hours. On a limited release out of stock items that’s terrible timing. Get issues resolved and item still took forever to ship. When revived items it was packaged terrible from bestbuy, which led to damage to shell of limited release item.

Gave me the final push to purchase a ps5. It is a powerful system and games look and feel great .Also like how easy it is to expand its memory. No complaints so far . Honestly wish I bought one sooner but glad i waited for this to release.

Had a little issue with best buy using fedex for delivery as fedex left it outside the main gate without doing a signed delivery, but later I found it at my building’s lost and found, so thanks to best buy and fedex for that inconvenience. But the product is beautiful n gorgeous n amazing. Better to order directly at playstation website.

Though this version may not be available for purchase for the future it shouldn't discourage you to make a future investment. Five Stars!

Beautiful Collector's Edition PS5

If you don't have a PS5 yet, this is the one to get. The plates are impossible to find, so this is the best way to get them and then you can swap and either sell the other PS5 or the digital game code.

It beeds to be charged every night even with power saving settings turned on

Once setup noticed how much of a difference this is from the PS4. Games load noticeably faster and gameplay is smooth.
