Ive had this “new” camera for about a month now an im not very impressed….. I stream, an it’s difficult to setup facecams an stream from the ps5. I tried this officially licensed camera to short cut the facecam setup from my pc. The video quality says HD, but the video quality is worst than a 12mp phone camera from over a decade ago…. Would honestly like my money back but i think its to late for that so dont do what i did

The camera works amazingly. Very good quality in gaming streaming videos and very easy to work with.

It's an HD console camera. Nothing fancy. The quality of the image could be better, but if you want a camera for your PS5, this is your only option. For the price, you'll find any other HD camera will be better. If you can get this on sale, it's worth it.

Beats the older versions by far. Makes the whole experience of VR better. Speaking to PS makes navigation much easier including muting and raising the volume. Fast start/ jump to games or channels while moving around the room without a controller in hand

Have had great success with all of the console cameras since the PS3. This has many improvements including form factor and low profile so it can be front and center without blocking your view of any gameplay. Can't wait to add PSVR2 when it is released.

I actually never really use this camera, I feel like the ps4 camera was more useful as it had a built it microphone to use in party chats.

Awesome clarity!…. It really is what it says it is and more. It really does capture amazing photos… a must have for any PS5 owner who likes to stream their gameplay

I bought this to stream my reactions while gaming instead of just using voice over. I don't currently have a PC that can handle streaming so using the PS5 is my only option. I feel like the brightness needed to get this camera to work properly is absolutely insane. With all of the lights on in the room that I game in it still has a grainy picture. Additionally, the camera is really only meant for an insanely close distance to the tv. I have a 65" wall mounted television set. I am still working out the kinks of camera placement and where I can sit to get a decent picture. I can't really recommend this camera unless you have a pro streaming lighting set up, which at that point you probably already have a better camera and system.

I heard bad reviews on this camera but the quality is really good on this webcam. If you're a console streamer it's a must have.

The camera is needed for the VR. Other than that reason I don’t know that the camera is utilized for anything else. With the PS5 this camera does not have a microphone like the PS4 version as the microphone is in the PS5 controller or you have to wear a head set.

Definitely worth grabbing if you plan on streaming from your PS5. Hardware is solid, but the cable is fairly short for what it is. Could potentially use an extension but then you risk latency issues. Also FYI this is not compatible with PSVR for anyone thinking it is.

Easy setup with just USB connection. I use this for streaming which is easy to use.

Not bad although 4k video would be ideal. PlayStation doesn’t give much choice with compatible camera to use.

It’s not really good for streaming but if u have a little kid and he wanna start doing TWITCH that the best option
