The packaging and the console is worth the money! If you can get your hands on one this is the console to have. Pure nostalgia from the colors in the logo to the actual color of the console!

As someone who grew up with the original PlayStation, this anniversary edition was an instant buy for the nostalgia alone. The controller looks stunning, feels incredibly premium, and I appreciate that even the accessories, like the charging cable, are thoughtfully PlayStation-themed. The console itself performs flawlessly. Games run smoothly, and it’s easily my favorite system to play on. Sony truly outdid themselves with this special edition, and it’s one I plan to hold on to for a long time.

The slim system is awesome and a option to add the disc drive makes it even better which comes with the cover for it

It looks the part and the color scheme is amazing! I wish they had included the disc drive in the package, but getting just the 30th anniversary console itself is a huge accomplishment. Delivery was great, got it within 2 days of placing the order. No damage to the box or anything.

But if you are one of those OG gamers who have played/own the original PS1 console, this particular 30th anniversary edition will make you reminisce your childhood days of the playing the OG console. Now skinned with the PS5, its a collector’s dream.
