I ordered this open box. Best Buy's posted policy states that "open-box products include all parts and accessories" (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/buying-guides/outlet-buying-guide/pcmcat748300448284.c?id=pcmcat748300448284#:~:text=Each%20open%2Dbox%20product%20was,part%20of%20the%20product's%20condition).) However, there was a sticker on the box that said it is missing the game. I argued and argued with their customer service agent who said "my concern is that usually for open box games like this the game has already been claimed. They refer to like new condition when it comes to the hardware, however the manufacturer only provides the game code once per item. So due to this the original purchases of this returned item may have already gotten the game freebie." They refused to give me a credit. So I told them I guess I would have to go buy a new one, take the game code out of it, and then return it. The next poor sap will be in the same boat I am in. Customer service agent "urged" me not to take that approach. But still would not give me the credit.

Works great. No problems so far. Games load in a decent time. Controller charges fast and last about 3 hours on a full charge this is a guess. Has many apps you can use to stream tv and movies. I use Pluto and Plex. Play call of duty and Fornite so fat.

Sony is on a roll! Again, launching another stellar product! Its slimmer than the original (obviously) and still just as quiet. While the storage is decent, most gamers will end up wanting to upgrade the storage to fit those large games! Overall, its an amazing console.

This product was absolutely the best choice for me. I prefer the slimmer model for an easier fit and it has an overall more appealing appearance. The ps5 itself is easy to navigate, loads quickly and has amazing quality. The remote that comes with it is also very adaptable for if you have hands on the smaller side creating an easy fit and grip. On top of already being satisfied with the console my experience at Best Buy was just as amazing.the employee who assisted me made sure I understood everything from applying for the best by card to completing the purchase. I would highly recommend purchasing this product to others who are looking for a new console in the future.

Very happy with this purchase. Everything looked great and even happier for the bundle price I received on it. This PlayStation is limited to only downloading games but this works out better since games can be downloaded much faster and avoids the hassle of going to the store. It was super easy to setup and my son is now enjoying it. Highly recommend this purchase.
