Pretty good deal after the price drop.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally preordered the PS Classic, but cancelled it based on the the variety and quantity of different negative reviews. It had a few games I was interested in playing again, but wasn’t willing to drop a $100 on a classic system. I picked it up after the price drop and while there are only a few games I really play it is worth the money if primarily for the nostalgia factor. Take note that there are still frame rate issues and many of the games have not aged well. Also, the controller cord is too short! What is it with these classic systems?

Must add MOD
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks amazing, poor original game selection, but then you add the usb flash drive mod it really comes to life. 120% worth it with the Mod. I have 4000+ games on my playstation classic now. I highly recommend a 64gb usb flash drive, autobleem, and 8bitdo wireless adapter(amazon, or eBay) for the perfect set up. YouTube "how to" mod playstation classic.

Super Cool Console It’s a Bang for your Buck!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you Played PS1 and the PS2 back in day you’ll love this Small Miniature Console. Comes with 2 Controllers along with a handful of Pre-Installed Games that we’re Hits back then. Also I’m sure you all remember the Memory Cards that costed if I remember correctly a decent amount an here we are in 2019 with GBs of memory and back then they were only 32MB Memory Cards. This comes with its own built in Memory so no Memory Cards that you'll have to worry about whatsoever. As for it’s Graphics there Better than the Graphics on the Original PS1 I can Promise you that as you use a HDMI Cable for Connecting it to your Smart TV with. Practically everything is better not to forget the Size lol the only thing is you can’t Play other PS1 Games on this PS1 only the ones that are Installed on it are Playable. Still it’s a Bang for your Buck specially for what I Purchased it for just a measly $19.99 plus tax!

Great product for the sale price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The original PlayStation was one of my first video games back in the days. Now having a chance to show it to my kids is priceless. I got it at a sales price and it is worth it. Also is very easy to add more games. Relive the old days...

Best ONE yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You think the snes classic was good, heck you think the nes classic was good. Heck no, nothing compare to the playstation classic. With autobleem, A easy way to have a 500 plus ps1 classic titles plus snes, NES, gba, gb, gbc, Sega genesis, neo geo, plus all arcades. Wow, I can go on and on. But, for $20.00, who wouldn't to buy it. It's like its for free. It plays way better than the pi3b+. About the same like the odroid xu4. The best classic ever. Plus on a 2.0 256gb usb. Even better. The usb cost more than the playstation classic.

Item has potential
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Reading reviews when it first came out, it turns out to be true with no adapter, majority of games in PAL. I do love the size, the controllers, but this had so much potential to be fun, the menu is even boring. But lucky I'm able to mod to put the games that I want and to do some customizations. But definitely worth 30 would have been happy for 20. But 100? Come on Sony, not even worth 50. But if anyone buys it, make sure you mod.

Nice console for new gamers.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my 5 year old and she loves it. Included games are good enough for an unsophisticated gamer and it is simple to set-up and operate. Pros: Inexpensive ($20-$50 on sale) Easy to use Good selection of games 20 games included 2 controllers included No moving parts Small size Cons: Not very durable Not worth original price ($100+) No a.c. adapter included (easily available though) Games may not hold interest of more experienced gamers.

PlayStation Classic has arrived
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Sony PlayStation Classic Edition has arrived! This thing comes packed with games like Resident Evil Directors Cut, a game so terrifying it utterly screams to be played. And it also comes preloaded with Metal Gear Solid, the one and the only Metal Gear that is the tactical espionage legendary game. Or maybe your feeling up for hitting the slopes In coolboarders 2 where you can trick out for some maximum pointage. Discover all of the 20 pre installed games and decide for yourself.

Playstation
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not the greatest classic console. Does not come with an ac adapter. Games start to lag after a while. I bought this on clearance, so it was a good deal. Don't buy full price.

It’s pretty good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A bit underwhelming in comparison to other classic models but it’s pretty good. Just keep in mind it doesn’t come with an A/C adaptor, just the USB power cord.

Not Bad...But misses the Charm!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Playstation Classic is a decent little plug and play retro console, but it does have a few issues. For starters the game selection is decent but not perfect for every Final Fantasy VII and Super Puzzle Fighter there is a Cool Boarders game and slowed down versions of GTA (due to it being the European version of the game.). The cable to power on the system can't just plug into the TV it requires a plug, considering that the NES and SNES Classics can both work plugged into the TV it's really comes across as a let down. I would only recommend this if you can tolerate these issues and are a die hard Playstation fan.

Sony, Baby! C'mon Now!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It bought this for Metal Gear Solid and that is there only reason to justify purchasing this system. That, and the fact that I bought it for only $19.99. This is a poor outgoing by Sony, for something that clearly should've been a slam dunk. The interface is trash and software is garbage. Again, if you look at the fact that I basically bought Metal Gear Solid for $20 and got a chibi Playstation for free, then it's not too bad. Only buy this thing on sale though.

Okay first attempt but misses the mark
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The console is built well. The quality is exactly what you would expect from Sony, however the one pain point of the hardware is the lack of the Analog controllers. You have to use the D-Pad to control the direction, which is often times extremely difficult to do. Play Grand Theft Auto to prove my point. Even SONY came out with Analog joy sticks to improve the quality of gameplay back when this console originally came out. If they had that one element, this would be a 4 out of 5 star rating.

Looks great unopened on the shelf
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After word came out about poor emulation, i agreed only to buy it if the price hit $20. After a year it finally did, and even though ill never play it, it still looks great next to the nintendo classic consoles.

Very few features and games
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The selection of games are very few and they are not the best titles the Emulator on the consul is very bare-bones they did not put a lot of extra features in the game like being able to stretch the screen to fit modern televisions amongst others it does not feel like Sony put their best foot forward with this consol not to mention some of the games are PAL versions which means the games play at a much lower frame rate then on the original consol I would not recommend this retro gaming device
