I like it but rarely use it. Its great that I can connect to my PlayStation 4 that's in another part of my home and being able to play some of the PlayStation Vita games on a larger screen is nice too.

The Sony PS TV is a really neat device, like having a playstation Vita hooked up to your television set. However, it only comes with 2GB of storage space which can be filled up by only one game. Purchasing more memory is really expensive since you need to use proprietary sony memory cards rather than the much more affordable SD cards. I believe that Sony really shot themselves in the foot by doing this, because the PS TV had a lot of potential.

I was happy to see the size of the unit. A little bigger than a credit card. I was disappointed over the fact that they interface does not look like its in HD. Its almost mirroring a PS vita. It used a similar interface. My son has several Vita games and this unit can play them for it has a slot for vita games however it did not work on all his games. We were also able to stream our PS4 to the PS TV from a different room which is nice.

Good if you want to stream ps4 games to tv if you don't have a ps vita. Keep in mind if your using it to play games from vita/psp you may want to check a list for compatibility. Streaming ps4 games is acceptable if you have a fast internet connection but only for games where input lag and fps is not that important otherwise connection lag can be an issue. If your looking for remote play, it will work but having a ps vita would probably suite your needs better since it seems to stream better than ps tv. I would recommend this if you want to play on big screen, don't mind 720/1080i limit, and if you don't have a ps vita.

After using the Playstation TV for a couple months, I still don't know how much use I will actually find for it, but having purchased it on sale for $35, It is a decent addition to my Playstation family. With a wired connection on both devices, it streams PS4 games fairly well, even when I'm using the Playstation TV at another house.

I found that the idea behind the product is really what I was after. Although the playstation TV was a great idea "Play from another room", the actual result was less appealing. Easy to use and easy to setup, but there was a very noticeable delay in input. Yes the dreaded input lag is really what killed this product for me. Perhaps it wouldn't be noticeable in turn based strategy type games but it's clearly a problem in any other type of game. Media streaming is pretty excellent and never encountered an issue. Unfortunately I didn't purchase the "TV" for media streaming and therefore wouldn't recommend the real reason of buying the Playstation TV.

works great with some of the PSV games, which is a big plus if you have PS+ subscription but do not have PSV, but not all the games are supported and since Sony is giving up PSV, it will become less useful. but not the PSV game collection is already big.

If you want to play vita games on your tv then this is for you! The games look great despite it only outputting at 720p. I would say the graphics are comperable to the Wii. The only drawback is that many games that require touch input are not supported by this.

Welt the fact that you can play *most* Vita games for half the price of a Vita on a TV and Ps1 Classics and PSP games, this is a great buy. Remote ps4 play might be too laggy for those without a decent router and networking knowledge, and a wired connection being almost necessary is a bit inconvenient, but worth it to me. My main complaint is no Netflix support and looks like support isn't in the future as of right now, but I hope that changes, cause most streaming boxes don't have a browser and you can't log in to hotel wifi when there's a log in screen, and I was hoping this would be my solution. Overall satisfied, but hopefully some kinks and improvements will come, and Netflix. Don't let many negative reviews deter you from considering this, if you understand what this $99 tiny box does and it's what you want, you will love it. If you think it's something it isn't, well of course you'll be disappointed

This is, by and large, just a vita that you will strap to the top of your TV. Easy to set up, works fine, but do not expect more than this out of it. If you already have a PS4 and are looking for a way to stretch it to another room, this is for you. If you are looking for a set top box option, you may want to look elsewhere.

It's great playing Vita games on the big screen, the one downside is there's still the need for those expensive Vita memory cards - you'd think with a console you could have onboard memory or at least SD cards...but you can't win em all, I guess.

This was not what I thought it was going to be streaming wise, I got it for my mom to watch Netflix as well as my brother to stream the ps3 and ps4 games onto it. although the streaming aspect works fine the video streaming services do not seem to work very well.

I Bought this cause of the sale, and it does it's job - play vita games, stream PS4 to other TV. However, with the streaming it sometimes becomes so Laggy it doesn't really work. So it's great when working, but when it's not it doesn't provide the value. Though I have heard than if you hook it through Ethernet instead of WiFi, it will work better, I just don't have that option at the moment.

Sony clearly did not think this product through upon release. It is a great concept but the execution is lacking. You can remote play PS4 games in alternative rooms in your house and it works pretty good. You can also download and play Vita games but you still need to buy those insanely price proprietary vita memory cards. I got this for 20 bucks and picked up a used memory card at GameStop.

The Playstation TV, alternatively named the Vita TV in Japan. This is a full fledged console with some unique traits. Many people give it a pass as a Vita machine for your TV but there's something else that many people are overlooking: it's ability to be a Playstation 4. Yes, this Playstation TV can become a remote play device for your PS4 on other TVs in your room with fully playable PS4 titles on it. This was actually a huge factor in purchasing the PS4 for me. No longer would I be married to one TV, I can now take my PS4 gameplay into another room with this small device, that packs much power! Oh did I mention it plays Vita cards too! Yeah its worth every penny and then some.

It's a pretty neat device. I mainly use it to stream PS4 content to another room. I'm using a wired connection to my equipment so I can't speak on its wifi quality. It would be nice to see some more updates to the firmware to add Netflix.

I liked my pstv so much I just bought a second one. Every TV in my house can now remote play my ps4 and there are several worthwhile vita games too. Support is sadly limited, but if you know what you are getting its a great little device.

The PS TV is a good micro-console for those who want to play select Vita games, as well as downloadable PSP and PS1 Classics on the big screen. However, its limited by the lack of supported games. The system allows streaming from a PS4 to another TV in the house, which makes it appealing to PS4 owners.

The PSTV allows you to play PS1, VITA, and PSP games on your TV. It is a nice way to relax with your favorite retro favorite, or to try something new. The only drawback is that not all VITA games are compatible with the device.
