This headset was very good and loud. Much better than prior Sony official headset. However, the mic was not very good. I decided to keep my turtle beach which was much superior and I found it on sale. Overall the headset is decent if you can get it at a cheap price

Good headset but annoying to be forced to buy

Buttons a bit fiddly at first but you get used to them. Main fault is why do I have to buy this in the first place? I've got lots of good headset but Sony doesn't allow bluetooth connection.
