My buddies tell me that my voice sounds weird and the sound keeps dropping off. Of course, since my PS5 keeps crashing, I'm not sure if the issue is with the headphones or the console. Sony is the worst, but all of my friends are on PlayStation, so I'm stuck.

If you got big ears, its not for you

I was told there was a problem, had to exit line and go into store only to be told to get back in line that now had about 40 cars in it.
