Solid headset and great value for the price. My only issue is that, using for an extended sitting, it does start to hurt my ears a bit. So a small warning for people with larger ears. Other than that, it’s great.

Almost one year using them, no disconnections, easy to wear, I use glasses and I am not affected by the pressure as others headsets. Really nice.

Glad I got them but seems like typical gaming headphones imo and I don’t prefer the feel of it on my ears. Nonetheless worth it if you want quality headphones for gaming.

Received my new sony Pulse 3D headset the other day, comfortable, easy to set up and use, and was very pleased until I attempted to use this in a party chat on PS4 Pro, Standard PS4, or on PC (Discord) where the microphone produces a consistent chirping/ beeping/ clicking noise in the background of the mic feedback, whether I am talking or not. This occurs when using the included wireless dongle on PS4 Pro, PS4, and PC. On the box and product website it says works "plug and play" with PS5 and PS4 consoles as well as PC/ Mac. I bought this to use on PS5 and my PS4 Pro for the time being. I truly believe I got a defective unit, So I tried calling PS Tech Support they said to call Bestbuy bc I did not purchase through direct or ps store, I called bestbuy and they told me that defective headsets/ controllers/ etc. need to be dealt by from the manufacturer, Called PS Tech Support a second time, got transferred 4-5 times, all of the agents putting me on hold and eventually all saying "we do not have any troubleshooting steps available at this time, we will need to transfer you to someone who can assist", finally ended up in a live support chat where I was told that someone will get back to me in 1-2 days and that is where I am at currently. If I dont hear back or get anywhere with this person that is supposedly reaching out to me, then I am just going to return this defective unit to bestbuy and get my money back, be done with it, and just use my old setup... Was looking to benefit from the 3D and wireless features on this unit for PS5 but sony really dropped the ball on QA and tech support with this one... :/
