    I bought an open box one and it seems that the headset was there but there was no cables, no bluetooth usb, no instructions. All the critical components that make the headset work weren’t there making the device useless. I’ve used this specific product before and it is one of the best headsets for casual gaming but getting the open box was not the best idea.

    Better headphones for lower prices, you're really paying for the name. It's cool that it's integrated with a lot of options for the PS5, such as being able to change party/game volume on the fly. However my voice didn't sound great through it and it's not Bluetooth it takes a USB device to connect the wireless headset. Wasn't impressed overall

    Great headset. Bought it on Black Friday and 100% worth the money. My kid uses them more than I do. The sound on these is so clear and crisp.
