Haven’t opened it up yet to see but 25 points just for review I’m excited and I think that it’s gonna be a great product that I purchased

Do NOT trust the open box item. The one I purchased was listed in excellent condition and states: "Products in Excellent condition look brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs — and include all original parts and accessories. The product will be in its original packaging or a suitable replacement box. Products in Excellent condition can be found in Best Buy stores and online." They must not have inspected it because there was no wireless adapter in the box anywhere. There's very little 'padding' besides cardboard that goes around the headset and a cardboard pouch for the cords, so if it was truly inspected, they would have noticed this. Will definitely be returning. Can't do anything with a product where the main piece besides the headset is gone.

These sounded ok but there was i believe a pice of plastic broken in the headphones because there was a noise inside

I’d like to think I have a fairly normal sized head but these were just huge on me and didn’t fit at all. The ear cups sat comically off on my ears with no chance of a good seal no matter how I tried to adjust. I have had several gaming headsets over the years from Xbox wired, Xbox Wireless, Turtle Beach and Bose Noise Cancelling headsets. All of those fit me great. I don’t know why the Sony headset is such an outlier but I immediately put them back in the box and returned without ever turning them on because the fit was so off it just wasn’t worth it.

Will not open until I get my PS5. Been looking everyday .

They work great and easy to use!! Plug in play which is the biggest benefit! As soon as i take them off my HT system kicks in!

Better off getting astros low sound if your not really worried about sound quality and just want to chat with friends online go with these

If this headset were $40, I would say go for it. It's not, it's $100 Sony markup. In addition to that the earcups are generally uncomfortable. I have average sized ears. The sound is muddy and lacks clarity. Get a different headset like Arctis

I would not recommend these, they sound horrible and are poorly made. Returned because of concerns they would break easily, flimsy and not great quality.

Perfect! Keeps my son and daughter from disturbing the rest of the house while they play their separate systems online.

It's Very comfortable but the mic is not very good, it's ok on the sound dempartment but definitely needs improvements, i say maybe the 3rd or 4th generation will be the one they should have launched from the beginning.

I purchased this item on line. It was an open box. It shipped quickly and I was happy until I opened the box. At first glance it seemed ok. But upon closer inspection it had a tear in one of the ear cup foam pads. It was also missing the charging cord. Far from Excellent condition.. Mind you I’ve purchased many open box items from BestBuy and never had an issue. First time for everything I guess. Returned the item without issue at my neighborhood store and got a new one.

Honestly pretty disappointed, the build quality is pretty crap and cheap. Everything felt like cheap plastic and the ear pieces are pretty stiff.

I've been using these for two years with hundreds of hours of gameplay and they've been flawless. Zero complaints.

Bought this for a gift and the recipient was very pleased. Shipping was fast and item arrived in good condition.

Most mediocre headphones ever. The sound is ok at best, you can't really do much for audio control like a turtle beach and the battery life is horrible. I get it, they're only $99. It's worth saving that $99 and getting something better.

Purchased an open box to save $20 and it was missing the Bluetooth dongle. Called customer support on the 15th (my first day off in two weeks) and they told me that cannot help since I’m passed the 15 day return window. I paid for a complete item and only received partial.

The sound is good but I can’t even talk to people on the headphones. They may work good for the PlayStation 5 but not the PlayStation 4

Only had it 2 1/2 months and the black rubber ear pieces fall off easy....very disappointed. It still works but the padding coming off so easy.
