Would love to be able to review this product but we haven’t been able to use it yet because PlayStation 5 is unavailable. I find it completely ridiculous that the console is still unavailable and being sold online only. Why can this not be sold in stores and be available for pick-up at curbside only or shipped to home. It is disgraceful and unfair that robots have been buying up all the consoles in all stores. Shame on you for letting it happen!

To snug on ears and battery life was to short. Id give it 3 stars if it were priced at $40

Would not charge after the first week. Sounded fine but can’t experience it if they don’t work.

I don’t understand how anyone can give these more than 1 star. I used them wirelessly, playing Resident Evil Village (for the PS5), on my PS5, and the sound quality was the worst in many ways. There were constant popping sounds and intermittent connection breaks. It’s very jarring to hear loud random pops while playing a video game, because sounds can be relevant in game play. I hate them and I’m returning them.

Got it for my son. I don't use or need them. But he seems to like them so. Winner

I have a big head and these things are small. Non adjustable and not very comfortable. Hurts my ears

They work well, i wish the bluetooth was built in instead of requiring the dongle

Very uncomfortable to wear. The sound was meh at best. A trial flop on Sony's part. Kept my old Gold headset and sent these back.

Bought this for my daughter's PS5 for Christmas. She dropped it from a height of less than 2 feet while trying to plug in the charger. Now a new headset that is less than 1 month old will not work. Not happy at all...

The item was obviously opened before purchase. Most likely repackaged after return. The headset had dust and debris in the earcups. As well as scratching to the enclosure. In the end I decided to return the headset and purchase from target.

These headphones had very Minimal sound. My turtle beach ones are way louder!! Not what I was expecting at all.

I do like these but in my opinion the old ps4 head set is better quality

I was expecting a lot compared to what I had and it felt like a downgrade disappointed in sound and not truly wireless

Cheap feel speakers constantly get static, more so when battery starts to get low but it happens at all times randomly.

Honestly, extremely disappointing for the amount. Sound quality is really not good. Setup was pretty easy though.

I purchased an open box-excellent version of this headset. The only item in the box was the headset. No usb adapter or any cables.
