better upgrade and functions. could really change the material of the ear muff as it flakes off over time, it gets messy

I have so many gaming headsets. Ive been gaming pretty much my entire life. My turtlebeach purchases have always lasted at least 2 years. I was really shocked to see with light usage this headset fell apart in less than a year. About 8 months light-average usage.. ear muffs leather has started popping off to reveal the cushion. The inside cloth to cover the esr drum has started to peel off. (Both sides for all of this). Connectivity issues suck. Battery life is pretty bad. Not mad but I came here to tell anyone to go with turtle beach im buying a new one today. Also the 3D isnt worth it because it hardly comes to use. They also dont work well with 3.5mm jack even tho they should. Just another cheap headphone its worth $35 at most. For the price you can get a way better turtle beach

I’ll be short and to the point. IN GAME audio is good. Games sound good and realistic. MUSIC sounds terrible. Hollow. Kind of bass heavy, but in a very muddy way, not in a good way. Overall volume output is AWFUL. Way too quiet. While I do own some high end in-ear monitors, comparing the pulse headset to a generic pair of ear buds, the ear buds win hands down in terms of output level. These things are way too quiet.

I like it at first but it has pros and cons. One of the biggest cons it was the mic. My friends couldn’t hear well and the price I personally think $99.99 not included taxes is a lot of money for that. I think out there are better headsets for the amount of money and better quality.

Works well. It is hard to listen to the game volume woth the chat volume

For $100, its crap and literally made to break. I dont understand who designed this. The quality is extremely cheap, and very cheap feeling. The headset is lightweight, but in a way that itll probably break in a couple months. The audio iself sounds like a $20 headset, its clear, but it sounds off and somewhat distorted. The headset itself is the most uncomfortable headset ive ever worn. After 5 minutes, my ears are hurting. The ear cups are very circular. If you have anything other than small circlular ears, these barely fit. The cushion on the ear cups is a very cheap foam that feels so cheap and bad. The sidetone sounds like a robot, and the buttons are again, very cheap. Terrible feedback, not easy to change setting when using. You cant adjust the headset, you have a little band what moves freely so the headset is never fixed. The sound is ok, but the “3D” sound is a scam and stereo sounds better. And some genuis decided to use a usb-a for the connection. Theres only 1 usb-a on the slim console, in the back. This causes it to overheat and break. Going back to my $40 TBs from 2014, as they blow this out of the water its not even close.

If you dont mind having a headset you have to literally stay in a 5ft radius this is the headset for you.

These sound great but my ears get extremely sore after about 30min of wearing them and i need to take them off... if you dont have small ears i dont think I'd recommend these
