The “donut” will have to be replaced after about one year. The sound does not go up as loud as I would like. The positive is the cost of the headset though.

Decent headset, but I honestly think the sound volume is too low....I have turned up the volume and adjusted the chat settings and also adjusted all the settings, but I still think the volume could be louder.....this is just my opinion....Good Luck.

Don't be fooled by the reviews it is a terrible headset. It is very uncomfortable and it doesn't get better with use. the $40 Astros feel better. It is not very durable, mine are on their last limbs and I plan on replacing them soon with something else. As for sound, the sound is good, the 3D audio could be better if it were Dolby Atmos but the PS5 doesn't support it so you can't fault the headset.

They’re okay headphone for the price. Wireless connectivity works great. Comfortability is pretty good, I have worn more comfortably headphones in the past. The worst downside for me is the audio is pretty mid to me. The audio just never gets loud enough, the bass isn’t great either. Overall for the price they are above average.

Earcup stuffing started exposing itself after 6 months and the mic button shorted so the mic was "on" even when the button was decompressed. I've had $20 earbuds with better builds. Sound is decent at best. There are 100 other headhones you should consider before these.

The sound is great but it keeps cutting out in game and even disconneced from my ps4 in game all by itself. Truly bizzare. Waste of money.

Didn't like them at first but they grew on me. I wish they were more comfortable in my ears tho.

Considering how long one has to wait just to get a pair of these, I would just save my money for the next version. The The Elite, Platinum, Ultra or whatever naming convention Sony has lined up for the more premium, more expensive upgraded version of the PS5 Headphones.

This is the most uncomfortable set of headphones I've ever had. The earpiece doesn't fit comfortably over the ears and the rubber band on top tugs up my hair while I'm playing. The audio also cuts out occasionally while I'm playing. Would not recommend

Opened the product and unfortunately I have to say the label was false advertising because the usb drive that goes with the headphones wasn’t in the box. I’m very disappointed and for the employees say that they can’t do anything about it is ridiculous.

Bought 2 of them and if i move my head they stop working if i move my head gain they start to work i tried them on different consoles same issue i dont get it !

Stops working after 6 months. It disconnects and doesnt charge anymore, Dont buy it only lasts for a limited time.

A dollar store pair of ear buds have better sound quality.
