Bought my headset less than a year ago. Head band snapped with minimal aggression. I’m very protective and gentle with my head gear. Very cheaply made!

Incredible sound and after setting up the sound profile in the Playstation settings I heard gaming sounds that just were non existent before, incredible for emersion. Comfort is A+ and a huge part of why I'd recommend them besides sounding amazing. Don't expect your ears to be overwhelmed with huge sound, its more of an enhanced mid-high experience than loud. Overall I'd say you will enjoy the sound and fit, which if we're being honest, are the most important parts to a gaming headset. The negative though is the connection is not great and has repeated disconnects. Sure you can hardwire but its incredibly frustrating losing sound in the middle of matches, and for me specifically racing. Hard to maintain emersion when your experience is muted without having to disconnect and reconnect the dongle, which on the Pro is only located on the back. Great headset, with a caveat, possibly major...

Range is not great and gets interference from other 2.4ghz devices. Called dirty band for a reason, right? Work around can include disabling 2.4ghz on WiFi; however, some devices do not work over 5ghz possibly limiting work arounds. Battery life is impressive, very comfortable, and when connection is great, audio is great. Value is a key point here. More expensive sets don’t come with a case or the charging cradle. Feels like Sony missed the mark here with requiring the dongle and should be built into the PlayStation for a more seamless experience. Could still include the dongle if you wanted to use elsewhere. Had one headset crack after a few months use. Would still recommend but by no means the crème de la crème if that is what you are looking for.

I like them, they have great sound and do a good job at make me feel more immersed in my games. The battery life is also excellent. My major complaint is how they slide off of my head if I happen to tilt it back or even forward, even just slightly. Maybe my head is just to small or something, I don't know though because they fit fine otherwise. I actually like how I don't have to adjust them. I got them on sale for Black Friday, and even then at $129 I still feel like they're a bit expensive, but they are super comfortable. I like the way they cup over my ears and I can actually wear them for a couple of hours and have no pain. They're also super easy to connect to the PS5 and Portal.

Like any Sony branded headset they always seem to deliver. I purchased these once I upgraded to the PS5Pro. As the sound quality is always good the 3D landscape is a bit more accurate on this model. Im very very pleased with how easy it is to just tap the buttons I need in an instance. That being said, the black color is smooth.

I’ve been using the PlayStation Pulse Elite with my PS5 and the experience has been amazing. The audio quality is extremely clear, with deep bass and precise directional sound that really helps in competitive games. The wireless connection via PlayStation Link is fast and stable, with no noticeable lag. Battery life easily lasts multiple long gaming sessions, and the headset is comfortable even after hours of use. The built-in mic works well for party chat and online games. Overall, this is a premium headset that truly enhances the PS5 gaming experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for immersive sound and reliable performance.

I’m really impressed by the PULSE Elite headset — the sound is rich and detailed, thanks to planar magnetic drivers that make game audio feel immersive and lifelike. The low‑latency wireless connection via PlayStation Link works flawlessly, keeping sound perfectly synced for gaming sessions. The retractable mic captures voice chat clearly, and built‑in AI noise rejection helps ensure teammates hear me cleanly even in noisy environments. Battery life is excellent — I easily got long marathon sessions without recharging. The headset feels comfortable for hours of use, and the dual Bluetooth + Link connectivity makes it versatile beyond just the PS5 console. Overall, the PULSE Elite delivers an outstanding gaming and audio experience that meets the high expectations of serious gamers.

Overall, these headphones aren’t better than the Pulse 3Ds. I ended up returning these for the Sony Inzone H9 IIs (which I LOVE!) Pulse Elite Pros: - Great battery life - Sound drivers are good - Mic - Comfort Pulse Elite Cons: - I experienced a lot of connection drops with my PS5 Pro - No transparency sound setting on the headphones. Sound isolation is great but hard to hear yourself talking. - You need to adjust game and chat volume directly from your PS5.

There's many many headsets out there, it can get overwhelming with research and decisions, never sure which to get. I can confidently say, I made the right choice by picking the Pulse Elites up. Sony knows sound, and the best way to implement that within your gaming on PS5. You will be blown away with what you hear, the crispness and depth of those sounds, and the ability to pinpoint where they are coming from. I can wear these for hours without discomfort or heat, the controls are simple and intuitive, the battery is more than sufficient, and it sits easy on the head. Going with a first party headset for your ps5 gaming is never a wrong choice, but in this case, its absolutely the right one.

I’m very satisfied with this headset. The sound quality is excellent, with clear audio and deep bass that really enhances the overall experience. It works perfectly for gaming, movies, and music, and the immersion is impressive. The design is comfortable even during long sessions, and the build quality feels solid and well made. Setup was easy and straightforward, and it connected without any issues. Battery life has also been reliable so far. Overall, this is a great product that delivers exactly what it promises. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and comfortable headset.

Sound great, comfortable, and the battery lasts a long time. Some friends have said the mic doesnt sound the best Hopefully it was a random defect or i just have a big ah head but i recently had to warranty them due to snaping in half.

These headphones work beautifully. The sound quality and depth cannot be matched. You want to hear everything in the game? It will do that. You want your voice to be clear? Covered. Don't want any outside noise over the sound of the game? Noise Cancellation provided. Its design is also sleek, and unlike other headphones that hurt your ears after a few hours of wear? This doesn't do that, you can legit wear them for forever, and not even a slight amount of pain.

Comfortable but the plastic seems a bit flimsy. I try to be delicate with it to prevent the arms from breaking as it did with others. The sound is good but I kind of prefer the sound on the Pulse 360 that I used prior, maybe I need to spend more time with the eq. Purchased these due to the Pulse 360 breaking.

I bought this headset as a upgrade to my older Sony Inzone H7 that I had bought a few years ago. The Elite headset is a great fit which is something that I was concerned about the AI microphone is perfect for reducing background noise and it works great in combination with my phone and PS5 at the same time which is perfect for what I needed to do. My only con is that sometimes the headset will disconnect from the USB dongle and I have to unplug and plug the dongle back in to get it to reconnect. It's not often but it still happens.

The Pulse Elite Wireless Headset was another gift for my nephew, and it was a fantastic choice. The sound quality is amazing—clear, powerful, and very immersive. You can hear every detail, which really enhances the gaming experience. Best Buy made the experience even better. The team helped me with everything I needed, explained my options clearly, and made sure I picked the right headset. Setup was quick and easy, and the wireless connection works perfectly with the PS5. The headset is comfortable, the microphone is clear, and my nephew uses it all the time. This headset feels high-quality and well worth the price. Highly recommend both the product and shopping at Best Buy.

These are such an upgrade over the last version I got at launch of the Ps5. So comfortable on my head and the sound quality is excellent. The battery life has been good so far as well. The only negative is the price up but everything has gone up I suppose.

Great sounding headset and I barely feel it which is great for longer gaming sessions. I also like that the midnight edition comes with a carrying case.
